Emy lacks any customer service. In my 28 years of age I have never experienced someone blatantly closing the drive thru window when I told them they gave wrong change refusing to talk or resolve. I ended up going inside - so rude!

Food was horrible rice was hard as if it was leftover rice from 3 days ago, called, manager was very rude and chicken was like rubber not sure if that was even chicken can’t even chew it, if you don’t have money to waste I don’t recommend you order from there. The manager just said oooh so sorry and hung up. If I could have done a no star that’s what it would be.

Service through the drive through was great that’s why I have 3 stars but the food was not good I had brown rice (no taste) which ok because rice doesn’t need to be salty teriyaki chicken was ok my favorite is the orange chicken but it was gummy not hot and not tasty tbh apple pie roll up was good donated a dollar to charity when they asked but I will not come back the food is not tasty

I bought a honey walnut shrimp but regretfully, somehow, it tasted weird. The fried rice was just like white rice with soy sauce and a few canned vegetables. Talked to the manager about it but she was super rude. Do not recommend
