The service and food were excellent.Had two times as breakfast. We do not eat pork and our order were wrong due to language barrier. They change the order and remake it. Staff were super nice.The black coffee is really good. We tried the cappuccino as well.We tried different dishes;Empanadas(spinach 4/5, four cheese 5/5, spicy chicken 3/5).The breakfast order we ordered without pork.Make your own sandwich Turkey, lettuce, tomato, monster cheese 5/5The space is crowded and no sign for the start line

Rude!! Extremely rude.We enter the restaurant and we got hit with an obnoxious clorox smell that got in our thoats. When we mentioned that, the employees were clearly annoyed that we mentioned that, they say they're are cleaning and nothing they can do, I asked if they could put a small table outside so we could still enjoy a meal and one of the men cleaning, not even in uniform, tells us that it is not posible but that we can go to the pizzeria next door to eat if the smell bothered us.I rplied that we came here on purpose to enjoy one of their dishes not to eat pizza, when I asked if they were getting ready to close at 6:30pm, the man said they close at 10pm but that they have to clean, and if I don't like it I can go next door.Coming from the hospitality industry and working for 5 star service business I was shocked by that replied... and disgusted.The attitude was arrogant and clearly don't care about service or customer service.I used to go there sometimes when leaving the beach to enjoy their dish, but needless to say they lost a client for ever.... unless they change ownership.

We came to have breakfast at this place, we ordered empanadas, coffee and everything was fine until a piece of label came out in my empanada, I almost swallowed it, I took it out of my mouth, I stopped to complain to the people in the store and their response was simply It was oh yes sorry that's the label they put in the factory, unfortunately a lot to say about little correction of what happened! OUTRAGEOUS!!! Stay tuned, if you like to eat paper that is the right place!

Just Amazing Empanadas, I’m there quite often to get ? pastries and empanadas for my clients and myself ?, the sausage and mushroom ? empanadas are my favorite, the tequenos are delicious, the corn ? and spicy beef and chicken is amazing with the chimichurri sauce.

The environment is very small and not well looked after, but the food is quite good!
I was here a while ago and the truth is that even though it was very full of people, there was good music and very good service. I don't know if they changed managers but the atmosphere is much better than before, as well as the music, cleanliness and attention. I was assisted by a lady named Loana, who was super nice to both me and my family. I think it is the best attention I have had in the last time I have visited Patagonia. How nice to come back and feel comfortable. Thank you !!

We went to eat at Patagonia Nehuen today. The empanadas were delicious but one of the waitresses argued badly with a customer, shouting, mistreating her for no reason just because she asked for a coffee that she had ordered more than half an hour ago. The waitress said atrocious things and NO ONE apologized to the customer. A SHAME. Not only do you have to have a good product, you have to select better resources. Those of us who were there don't have to endure the screams of a grumpy waitress.
