on sunday 11/26/2023 i visited this location and was treated very badly by store manager when i entered the store and was not greeted by the associate i was also served a very unappealing order as well i was not offered the opportunity to have the meal remade. i was not offered a bag for my 3 small boxed of pizza and pasta and not offered a fork for my food i was not given any marinara sauce. when i called to inquire about the manager to complain i was disrespected and then hung up on when i called back i was treated in a very condescending manner by one of the store associates, she has me on speaker and proceeded to laugh at me and tell me that she has my phone number she is going to look me up etc..... the food was so nasty i spent 23.52 i was so upset that i was not even given any pleasantries as if they had a shortage. these employees and manager need to be under surveillance. this is so disrespectful to have kids playing with such a large chain of a business they need to be fired. the two females that were on duty on 11/26 around 4pm

One of the worst experiences that I have had. It started with the contactless pickup in which I gave the make and model and color of my car. I was instructed to let the attendant know where to put the pizza when it was brought out. The attendant came to the door and waved me down to come over to him to pick up the pizza. Got home and the pizza tasted stale and the crust was inedible. The thin crust pizza was so hard, I could barely chew it. The pizza lacked sauce and cheese. I proceeded to call and let them know that the pizza I ordered was not satisfactory. The individual on the phone told me that is how the pizza is and put me on hold and never came back. Needless to say the pizza is in the trash and I have to find dinner for the family at another place. Horrible customer service and experience. I can see why this location has poor ratings

Be AWARE......My online order of Pepperoni Lover Pizza received from the Pizza hut on 6845 Miramar Pkwy 33023 a franchise of Pizza Hut was not made per my online submission.We received a Pepperoni Pizza with no Pepperoni.Reply from the so called Mgr Malcolm..that's what you ordered and there's nothing I can do; nor did they call to clarify/verify the order; thank God for a screen shot of my order; however, there's something I can do....call / email corporate. I'm waiting on a reply from Corporate. Heads up and be aware...is this a new practice, tactic, or being just plain stupid. It could or may have already happened to you...BE AWARE....Daisy

They never came outside for curbside. Waited 10 minutes then I called and spoke to employee that said they are bringing it now. Waited. Then I came inside and had to call them from the back of the store. My order was on the shelf waiting. This has happened a few times already. What's the purpose of having curbside when they don't always bring it out. They get 2 star because the food was fine.

Excellent pizza we did a carry out at 11pm just now and was hot and yummy , we usually ask for delivery and arrive hot , imagine how it was when we pick it up amazing job keep it up don’t mess it up guys bc ur rocking
