As I approached the counter to place my order, I was greeted by Sarah, an employee who appeared disinterested and indifferent. Despite making eye contact and speaking clearly, Sarah failed to acknowledge my presence, let alone offer a friendly greeting or take my order promptly.As I stood there waiting for Sarah to acknowledge me, I couldn't help but feel invisible and unimportant. Her lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was evident, as she continued to focus on tasks behind the counter without so much as a word or gesture towards me. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for her, and her behavior only served to alienate and frustrate me as a customer.Moreover, when I attempted to engage Sarah by asking a question about the menu, her response was curt and dismissive. It was apparent that she had no interest in providing assistance or making my experience a positive one. Her unprofessional demeanor not only reflected poorly on her as an employee but also tarnished the reputation of the restaurant as a whole.In addition to her lack of engagement and poor attitude, Sarah's handling of my order was equally disappointing. Both of my boneless chicken breast were not fully cooked, no grilled marks on them at all, the chopped vegetables in my yellow rice were not fully cooked and were very chewy, black beans had no flavor and the bread roll was stale. I never had such a low quality meal from this franchise til now, never coming back this location, waste of $13.

This place is disgusting these people don't know the difference from white to brown rice the plate they gave me look horrible it looks like somebody threw up in the 2Go plate and gave it to me. That's exactly what it looks like. Never again will I step foot in another Pollo Tropical. I'd rather go to Pollo Campero they treat their customers better and the chicken is way way way way better

Imagine ordering a chicken tropi chop via drive thru… 1 kids in the back seat, get home… no chicken. Rice and beans and veggies but no chicken. Not fun to drive back with not so much of an offer for gift card for next purchase on them. Really poor customer relations honestly. Manager did apologize after telling him how disappointed I was.
