I haven’t been to Pollo in awhile and now I remember why! Everyone has an attitude. Even when you’re so nice, maybe they just hate their job. But so many mistakes on one order and when I try to ask for sauce I get the window shut quickly in my face. Do better!

There was no chicken prepared at an hour where there should be a lot of food well in advance.All the trash cans were very full, the tables were dirty.There were some very bad looking people in a restaurant where the family atmosphere predominates.The food was very good as always, but the wait for the chicken was almost 30 minutes.

Terrible. From the messed up order to the lack of following special requests. Terrible. From the quality of the food. The fries that were inedible kettle chips to the miniscule "chicken" quarter burnt beyond edible and the Chicken Caesar that's all croutons and little chicken. Terrible. Just Terrible be awhile before you see me at any location.
The food, service, and atmosphere is great me and my friends come here every Saturday after we leave the gym.

This is my second time complaining about this location. The food is always great and I haven’t been to this location in a while, because they always forget something about my order. Decided to go back to this location because it’s extremely convenient for me and they forgot my sauce my avocado And my bowl was wrong. I’m not sure what is going on here but please make sure you’re employees, Check to make sure everything is in the bag before handing it off. This is getting ridiculous that my food is never right other locations it’s perfectly fine. I always have a problem at this one
