The service is simple, it is not typical Colombian. The ladies are annoyed by the customers' suggestions. Because they are answering the telephone lines for orders, the employees delay the attention of the counter The pastry items are not always fresh
Food was good specially bandeja paisa. Server was friendly and in top of everything.But I won't go back, they charged a service fee and credit card fee. I don't support business that charge customer for their cost of business. Otherwise, don't accept credit cards.

Within your consumer receipt they already have the 15% service included. It does not seem fair to me that is what restaurants do when it is a group of more than six people!!! You can leave much more than a tip but it does not seem ethical to charge
