Always very friendly. Service is quick and the food is good. The honey garlic chicken was AMAZING. Good sized portions as well.

I don’t understand why have a menu online if the prices aren’t going to be the same as to what you tell your customers on the phone , 2. The lady tells me my price over the phone and when my man gets to the store she tries to charge him even more !! 3. The attitude is

This place sucked. No a/c on the inside. My egg roll was rubbery and old. The chicken was ok and the rice was meh. Rice has been getting cook for like 5000 years, you still dont get it right?

I think it was 2020 I came here one night to buy two egg rolls and they were just super absolutely delicious! I mean it was a meal within itself and just SO good! I would definitely come back here for more egg rolls because I certainly was impressed! I've never tried anything else they sell here, but am tempted to try.

Good quality every time, sanitary, very nice people, I go there quite often. My mom loves the chow mein extra broccoli.
The place is dirty and smelly. Makes you want to puke. Plus I wanted to wait for my friend inside but the rude lady told me to wait outside. We took our business elsewhere i recommend you do the same.

Highly would not recommend this place because the ribs aren't even ribs...they was tough...dry...more fat than meat...and small...the rice wasn't seasoned properly...had more rice than meat...the eggroll supposed to be separate they threw it in with my food..I would rather eat my own shit before I eat this shit again

I don't know why the Chinese culture thinks they don't make mistakes. (It's ok, we all are human and make mistakes, no not one is perfect, but God) I've been going to Rice Bowl for years and when I do, I order the same thing every time. I placed an order last week and the food was NOT GOOD AT ALL!!! After about three forks of rice, my taste buds and stomach said, no ma'am. I called the restaurant and explained the issue to the owner, (that knows me from patronizing her business.) I went on to ask, do you think you can just credit me? Why did I say that?! You would've thought I asked her for a million dollars. She said very adruptly, "Oh no, we don't do that, you're the only one that has complained today." (What about keeping your customers pleased and wanting them to come back ma'am?) She could care less. When I tell you she was RUDE...I couldn't believe it. First of all, the restaurant resides in a black community, where many, if not most, helps keeps the business running..therefore, you'd think she'd have a little more respect! However, she does not have to EVER worry about me stepping foot back in her restaurant, spending ANY of my dollars. Word of mouth is everything. Social Media can make or break your business. This is for the OWER: When you have some down time, which will probably be lots, for your bad treatment, take some customer service courses.Best,A now EX-CUSTOMER
