Customer service here is awful.I would rather go somewhere else even though their pizzas are not bad, then having to call and speak with a person who CLEARLY is unhappy with their job.
Very Disappointed. Their hours are not correct. They told me they were open till nine because I called had to make sure because I’m handicapped and I can’t walk real well, I don’t like to waste time. When somebody says they’re open till nine I assume if I sit down at 8:25 that I could get served that was certainly not the case and should have certainly tried to accommodate me, but she was just interested. Customer service is misleading was very bad it is such a shame because I will never go back there again because of what they did they lost a very good customer. You should be ashamed of themselves.

This is not a real Italian restaurant. This is an American franchise that offers the American version of Italian meals. I had a Carbonara pasta, which has nothing to do with carbonara, it was edible though. If you want real Italian food, do not come here.

Food was delicious but our waitress was not in the mood to take care of our group ! We call in advance to make arrangements , pre-order the food to expedite service but when we got there the tables were not ready , we waited for food and drinks , no napkins or forks , we tried to order the drinks and also requested straws and the waitress told me that they did not have any … And the whole table saw her giving straws for the drinks to other customers ! It is a shame because the food is always delicious but unfortunatelly today the service was horrible ! I left some things out ! it was really dissapointing !!!

Got my order wrong. Twice. 55 min wait later, sub was OK. Nothing special and not worth 13$.Asked for 'Italian Sausage Sub' as on menu. They gave me an Italian. Next attempt they gave me two individual sausages. Not worth waiting 55 min on a lunch break.

First off, the atmosphere of the place was super cute. I love the detail of the decor in the restaurant. The food was pretty good, I got their cheese ravioli. But the best part was our server, Sue. She was absolutely wonderful! Her energy was phenomenal and she was super helpful! I highly suggest asking for her once you get here.
