If there’s one thing about this Starbucks, it’s that they will literally never make your drinks the way they’re supposed to be made. They forget your food items all the time OR they give you the wrong food item. Then when you do receive your food items, they’re a sloppy mess. With the amount of money that Starbucks charges anymore, you should absolutely be getting what you pay for. Definitely avoid this location <3

wuz up everyone I am known as Mr. shaken espresso with an extra shot of espresso, vanilla cold foam, and cinnamon powder, lite ice.. But the staff at this Starbucks have become like friends with me. They know me they see me pull up in my drive-through. They already know my order and for that they get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars in my book.Kiki, Ashley, Jason, and the girl with the big smile in the morning, you know who you are &even the manager, and everyone else that works at the drive-through. Thank you!

Friendly, kind and helpful employees, but the settings is not welcoming. There are few tables, the layout is random and confusing. There is a lack of sofas. Should be better structured and furnished, like many other Starbucks in the area.

Worst Starbucks in hollywood! Rushed service when the place is empty, drinks are NEVER made correctly! They have excuses saying the problems they have are from the employees from the night before! If I’m paying $6-7 for a coffee I want it made correctly!

Everyday from Morning to Evening about 3 to 4 times a day ,especially in the evenings i order the same thing 4 or 5 shots of espresso in a Venti cup extra ice and usually a bottle of water to wash it down ... Ashely C. and KiKi are the girls that know my order and they make it for me perfectly and with a smile ...even though i must drive the employees of Starbucks nutsbecause with owning a business i get stressed out and tired .. But everyday no matter what employee is working or what crazy mood im in they greet me with a smile and by my first name and they make my drink exactly the same 3 to 4 times a day ... i love consistently that i get at 1750 Sheridan St starbucks .... If anyone is in a negative mood and needs to be uplifted and not wait on line all day like some other locations... I Highly recommend this location and look for Ashely C. and KiKi in the evenings ,, they will make the best drink or food order and lift your spirits
