Terrible and lazy service. The new management has only made a bad restaurant worse. The staff will take an average of 10-15 minutes per customer and have messed up simple orders often. What’s worse, their food is consistently stale or old. Try their food and then try another subway. You’ll notice a huge change in quality. It wouldn’t even matter if they were nice or even cordial. I’ll walk in to no one there, while they hide in the back so they don’t have to work. It’s crazy. Worse subway, probably worse restaurant in the are. DO NOT GO.

The prices listed don't match the actual prices, they were about to have me pay 15 dollars for a mid sub not including tip. And when asked about the discrepancy the employees were not helpful and simply told me they couldn't do anything about it. Owner must be awful.

I ORDERED MY FOOD THROUGH THE APP AND IT SHOWED READY , I ENTERED TO PICK UP AND THE SUBWAY ADDENTENT WAS PLAYING WITH HER BOYFRIEND I KINDLY ASKED HI IS MY ORDER READY AND SHE SAID IN THE MOST RUDEST MANNER THAT SHE DONT GO BY THE TIME ONLINE AND SHE DIDN'T MAKE IT YET NOT EVEN LOOK AT ME WHILE ASKING HER BOYFRIEND IF THEY CAN GET SOME WEED TO SMOKE SO I ASKED HER NAME SHE SAID NOTHING ... Everytime i come here the customer service sucks , I wish they had people that cared about there job because i stay in the area and drive 29 mins to another subway because of how bad the service is !
