At first when I walked in there were just machines and I had no idea what to do. And the people who were working there just totally ignored me until I asked for help even though they looked at me and saw that I was there they did and said nothing to assist me until I asked for help that was interesting...Anyway, that's why I have a mouth, but they are in the service industry, so...It was only my second time at a Taco Bell. Finally, the young man who ended up assisting me was pleasant And made the food as I requested without meat.

By far the worst taco bell I have ever been to. The employees are horribly rude. The food is slopped together. Majority of the time the order is never correct. Always missing items. And then when you tell them your missing stuff they get an attitude and try to make you look wrong instead of them. Unbelievable how disgusting the service and food is at this place. I would never personally go there again. I would rather drive further to another taco bell. Highly recommend you don't go there either. Especially at night time.

Ordered a delivery order with the taco bell app which was delivered to the wrong address. The number for the driver did not work. Called this location and spoke to a woman that told me to call uber but wouldn't listen that I ordered through taco bell. I asked for a resolution and even wanted to pick up the ordered remade but she refused and just left the phone on the counter which she came back a minute later to hang it up while I was waiting for a response. Absolutely handled it terribly and just did not care about whether my family got food or if I get my money back.

I ordered a delivery so I could have some Taco Bell when I got home. Door Dash FAILED! So I went to get my order and they explained. The three gentleman working (the two that I spoke with specifically) were incredible. They made up for what Door Dash lacked and I had a good end to a rough day. The order name was Daniel, and I ordered on Dec 10 around or before 2 am. Please let these guys know they're appreciated. Best T Bizzy in Hollywood.
