I went to Elaleph Coffee Haus on March 11th, 2023 at approximately 3pm. Where I was met with a very rude employee. I had ordered a breakfast sandwich & coffee, but once she refused to give me my proper change back, I discontinued my order. Then my friend still wanted a coffee, so he told the woman his exact coffee order, "One medium coffee with milk." His same daily order at any coffee place we attend. She handed him a black coffee, he inquired about the milk, which she refused and said,"Coffee creamer only." He told her that he originally asked for milk, which I know he did. She grabs some cup of milk off the work counter behind her, slammed it on the counter and stated, " I'm giving you this milk, free, take it." Walked away using profanity. I was in shock. I've never seen such rude unprofessional behavior. Especially in Elaleph Coffee Haus ever. I frequent this location, yet after this episode, I honestly believe, that I, or any of my associates, will never return. There's other shops around with much more Courteous service. This whole event is disappointing as we use the hotel across the street, regularly for business. It's true, one employee can sink a business. Oh well. ??♀️

My wife ordered me a pancake and fruit meal for delivery. For the price you spend on basic breakfast food. No utensils or Napkins? Food took close to an hour to arrive.

We stopped for breakfast today- I had the açaí bowl, which was very good, and my husband had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel, which was also very good. There was a long line, but it moved fairly quickly and our food was delivered sooner than I thought it would be. The pastries look incredible, but I resisted ordering g one.I would give this five stars, but our coffee came in single-use cups and there’s just no reason for this environmental wastefulness when dining in. Food & service was great, but I’d rather not create six additional pieces of trash for two cups of coffee that could be served in coffee mugs. (Two cups + two lids + two sleeves = six items for the landfill.)

Had a pleasant morning here with my wife. Phillip was very attentive and answered all my wife's questions.Food was yummy, and perfect for brunch.Highly recommend.
WORST COFFEE & SMOOTHIE I EVER HAD. BEWARE. I should of listened to the reviews but I was desperate for a cup of hot coffee. Coffee is nasty..

Came here today looking to buy pastries and lattes for the group. Walked in and the barista had her back turned at the sink washing something in the sink.She turned around and looked me in my face and turned back around to finish her task. No greeting, no mention that she’d be right there or anything.She finished…then just walked to the register…I wasn’t sure what was going on….she finally mustered the driest hello that I’ve ever heard. Then she coughed. A wide mouth cough that she didn’t even bother to conceal.I was in total disbelief…I literally turned around and left. If any managers care to address this …take a look at the security footage from today, 11/29 at approximately 4:15-4:30 PM. I couldn’t make this up if I tried. What a horrible experience!
