Pros: The beef empanada and chicken empanada tasted good. Cons: the service is HORRIFIC!!! Wow, the lady that helped me was rude and condescending and honestly I felt like I was being treated poorly because of my race. She didn't know which pastry was which, she stated she "hoped" she was giving me the right pastries.... She didn't... I went back for a refund and she was problematic Will never return.

Amazing croissants! Just ordered from them (plain, and ham & cheese croissants) today for the first time and was blown away. Love the care, quality and authenticity. This will definitely be my new "go to" cafe. Thank you NBCH!

Not only were the food and pastry's mediocre but the customer service was awful. One of the employees scolded us several times for moving tables to access an outlet. She also told me that it seemed like "We did not care about anything" because she was upset that she had to clean 2 tables since we moved. Who would say that to a customer? She was an older lady with white hair who was extremely bitter and raised her voice at us several times. We decided to leave due to this mistreatment of customers which included us and others that we witnessed. We would never go back and I would recommend you to save yourself from this negativity and mistreatment.

Good coffee and bakery. I had chocolate croissant and caramel Frappuccino.(definitely better than starbucks) Sitting area is comfy and cozy. Bartender was very good and he was very friendly.

We got there at 6:45 pm and they were in a rush to close, so they asked us to eat outside. The pastry was very good , but the coffee was not, we ordered 2 machiattos and they put so much milk on them that the 12 onz cup was full. We asked to change one and they just put an expresó shoot with very little milk , no foam. A shame on the service and the Coffee because the pastry was great.

The name is incredibly misleading. There is nothing Nordic about this place nor can anyone call this a bakery. It is a place that resell food that other places have made. The egg omelette are per the employees "pre made and pre cooked ". And cannot be therefor changed or altered in any way shape or form. The only thing they call Nordic is a cream cheese and salmon sandwich , that is literally sold all over America as a staple breakfast food. Nothing "Nordic" about it. The French pastries look like the average wholesale pasties and are heated up on premises. I suspect absolutely nothing is being "baked" at this bakery.

The pastries were delicious. However, I'm convinced that the woman making our cappuccinos has no idea what she was doing. Not only did it take forever for her to make the cappuccinos, but they were the worst cappuccinos that my husband and I have ever had. Note: my husband is from Italy so he knows what a good cappuccino should taste like. I've been to Italy several times (about once a year for the past 20 years) so I've become bougie about my cappuccinos as well. Haven't been back since. Maybe I'll give them another try one of these days.

Was curious to try this cafe and overall had a good experience. The woman working seemed a bit overbearing on the staff instead of letting them do their jobs. The order was missing some things including red onion which wasn't even an addon. When we mentioned the missing onions she replied "people usually ask for the red onions"...there is no reason to have to ask for something that the sandwich lists as included.Overall the staff was friendly and ready to help but I found it to be overpriced for breakfast and also very heirarchal in management. Lots of potential if management gets out of their own way!!10/10 ambience9/10 service8/10 food5/10 value

My husband and I stayed in the area for three nights, and started each day with a coffee and pastry from Nordic. We tried the cold brew and iced oat milk lattes, and a variety of the baked goods. Everything was delicious, service was quick and friendly, and the cafe had a nice ambiance.
