Went through the drive-through at 9 PM, on December 8 and when it was time to pay, the employee asked me for my phone so that he can scan it I wanted him to bring the machine to the window as they always do but he refused so I gave him my phone and when he gave me my phone back, my phone was greasy everywhere I didn’t notice and put my phone in the middle of my car and everything else got greasy so I just had to spend time cleaning everything. Extremely disgusting. I’m pretty sure he wanted to skim my phone for my credit card data too that’s why he refused. Never eating Wendy’s again it’s not worth the hassle.

11/2 @ 6:55pm. I ordered thru the drive in. My greet was, place your order. WTH!!! Food was horrible! I ordered chili and it was literally chili sauce only. Not one piece of meat, and 2 beans. They should've just said we don't have any! My nuggets were hard as rocks, fries cold & soggy, and never gave me the drinks or a receipt. I realized once I made it home from a 12 hour day! $28 dollars thrown in the garbage!
