Went through the drive through to get two junior frostys. Didn’t realize at the time but wasn’t told total at speaker or at window. Luckily paid with cash and gave the lady with blue eyeshadow and red lipstick $10 and she gave me back $4.65. No receipt either. Random to overcharge. Just be aware

Unnecessarily rude, i was picking up an Uber eats order and by far worst experience yet from drive-thru. Would seriously recommend re-training there drive-thru employees.

The food order is always accurate and fresh. The staff is consistently polite and quick.Dietary restrictions: Food sensitivities so I practice FODMAP dietary restrictions. Everyone has their own sensitivities. For me, some items are working. Unfortunately none of the drinks.

BE AWARE WITH THIS WENDY'S LOCATION.ON SATURDAY OCT 14 AT 9:19PM, I MADE A PURCHASE IN THE DRIVE THRU AND THE 3 GUYS DIDN'T GAVE ME MY CREDIT CARD BACK AND IN LESS THEN 1 HOUR, MY BANK NOTIFED ME ABOUT FRAUDELENT TRANSACTION WITH MY CARD. THATS WHEN I REALIZE THAT I DON'T HAVE MY CARD WITH ME AND THEY WERE USING IT TO MAKE PURCHASES ONLINE.

IF I CAN GIVE THIS WENDYS 0 STARS I WOULDI am so aggravated and upset with my vist to Wendy's on Sheridan and pine island. I have tails my self stop coming to this Wendy's but I refuse to listen. First and foremost the have the RUDEST employees I have ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant. To continue I was waiting in the line for about 25-30 mind you I was on brake, I get to the intercom where you order food and I said hello at least 5 times I then did what any reasonable human would do and pull up to the window so I can order my food. I pulled up to the window trying to keep my composure and asked can I pay here they told me WHAT THE F***K ARE YOU DOING. I then proceeded to tell them what happened and they said you have go back through the whole line and order your food the right way. I'm not looking for a lot but a little human decency would be nice. PLEASE DO BETTER WENDYS

There is only 1 lovely lady that works there and actually gets the order correct. She has never messed up my order and is just so sweet. Anyone else there i dont know what to say ?. I just don't understand, how they repeat the order and still get it wrong and overr charge?

If I Can Give No STARS I WOULD ! Number One I Went There Last Night July 3rd, 2023 Went In The Drive Through Sometime Between 9:15, 9:30 ! When I Got Ready To Place My Order The Girl Didn't Greet Me Or Anything Just "Go With Your Order" . I Wasn't Sure If She Was Talking To Me So I Said Something Along The Lines Like "Excuse Me" Or "Huh" She Repeated It Again "Go With Your Order" . So I Went Ahead And Placed My Order. I Figured I Would Just Order, She Probably Doesn't Know Any Better And I Guess The Manager Doesn't Do Good Training. After Paying At The Second Window AND RECEIVING MY FOOD At The Second Window . I Drove Off And Started To Eat My Food. Less Then A Hour After Finishing My Food And Letting It Digest My Stomach Was Super Upset. I Couldn't Understand Why Was My Stomach Upset When I Was Just Fine An Hour Ago BEFORE EATING THE WENDYS. When I Finally Reached Home My Stomach Was Even More Upset. I Got Inside The House Got Ready For A Shower And Before I Knew It I Threw All The Wendy's Up. Not Only Is The Service Bad But The Food Doesn't Seem Like It's Fresh. I Had A Cheese Burger And Now I Feel Like I Would Not Be Eating Wendy's For A Long Time, I May Go To A Different Wendy's In The Future But IT WOULD NOT BE THIS ONE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYBODY TO STAY AWAY FROM THERE BEFORE YOU HAVE A STOMACH VIRUS !!!!!! Service Is Bad!!!!
