I ordered delivery on the app and when my order was out for delivery it said 21minutes for delivery then it said my order was COMPLETE WHEN IT WASN'T and when I was notified I called the store I got no answer I WANT MY MONEY BACK because the is really ridiculous every time I order from this store it’s always something last couple of times I order my pizza came cold which I don’t understand how is that possible when I stay less than 15 minutes from the store

If I could get this Place shut down I would. Walked in the store to get my pizza, and there was a woman Putting cheese on a pizza with no gloves on and long fake nails. None of the Workers wear masks or gloves. The health inspector should be called absolutely disgusting. They let homeless people sit in the waiting area and very rude and don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in act like they don’t even want to work.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE DELIVERY!!!! I made an online order my delivery never came. After two hours on the tracker it was marked delivered. I lost my money along with the tip for the driver. They don't answer the phones; and don't give a solution. I spoke to an associate the following day after numerous calls and was told don't worry the money will be back on your account. It's not; I have never had an issue with any Domino's Franchise till this one. Please take caution when ordering. I don't even care about the pizza at this point; but the fact that the store did nothing to fix the situation speaks volumes.

I was just crashing down near the track so I wouldn't have to ride back to broward after a case of beer and I figured ight ima order some pizza well 1 1/2 later and 40 minutes after the pizza was done it left the store after that add another 20 which wasn't bad at all on that front but damn and the pan was missing cheese on a big a piece of it lol yea

If I could give zero stars I would. Understaffed, they don't answer the phone, rude when they do, I ordered online and they stated the order was delivered, It was not. I try calling the store, 1.5 hours later they still haven't answered the phone.

The order was fully delivered arrive 2 hours after ordered. Manger Kevin had no care. Then blamed me for not wanting to cook thats its my fault it arrived 2 hours late. When I asked about the missing items Kevin admitted they were in his possession. I requested a refund and he then insisted I bring back the partial order back to them. I told I would not he the cursed me and hung up on me.
