I had a family reunion recently and contracted Don Paella to make a paella with lobster for 30. The cook arrived early and did the setup quickly and professionally. We enjoyed watching him prepare and cook the paella. It was delicious!! I received many compliments and there were enough leftovers to share with some neighbors!
