Where to start? We came here because the reviews seem promising and the items on the menu as well. I ordered an item on the menu with chicken and waited 50 min for it once I went to get it they told me they ran out so they gave me red meat (which I cannot eat) without letting me know beforehand and making me waste an hour I'll never get back and left without any food. They took it back to serve to someone else. Never coming back here. Horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. One of the female cooks / servers rolled her eyes at me when I asked where were the condiments.

This was my first time ordering from this food truck. Granted it was a Sunday night at 10pm, I understand that you probably aren't thrilled to be working however I think when it's something as intimate as a food truck , being personable is half the battle. Initially I called and was placed on a hold immediately I listened to the lady have a full blown conversation , I decided to hang up and placed the order online anyways. I should've known better. Anyways I get there and my food is bagged and waiting - and I approach and no one acknowledges me for a good minute. Lady finally turns around and just looks at me. I said hello and that I ordered online and my name. The music was so loud she couldn't hear me and really didn't try to honestly. After saying my name 5 times she finally read the bag that was UNDER her nose, and hands it to me reluctantly. Doesn't say have a good night or anything turns around immediately. I then say excuse me because I wanted sauces. She was obviously over my presence and rolled her eyes and the guy that was in there with her turned to me and not opening his mouth either reaches towards the sauce container for ketchup and mayo. I wanted Colombian sauces ... anyways beyond that the food was SUB PAR at best. Tiny portion. Weak flavor. No sauces. If you want great Colombian maicitos go to la burguesa on 120th. Never coming here again. Hope they fix their attitude.

Aja Food Truck is definitely a munchies spot or for a quick bite on a late night once ever blue moon. Food is fresh and taste good but it's all fried so don't let it get cold. Service here is okay. They've forgotten my fries or my drink and I don't notice till I get home. So that's definitely inconvenient. The ambiance is normal, typical food truck.

The food was decent finger food but obviously prices have gone up in everything so they no longer charge $5 for their meals. The man in the food truck was rude and charged my card twice, I asked him about it (since he swiped my card two times) before seeing it on my statements and he said he didn't, but I WAS charged twice and never got my money back.

It's basic street food so most of the items are fried. It smelled good. My husband liked it. Sadly, I was not able to eat anything since they have zero vegetarian or vegan options. So if you don't eat meat, take your coin elsewhere. The food was done fast, the people were lovely.

I really wanted to like this food truck especially since I've been following them on instagram for a while and everything they post looks so good. But I ordered from here through DoorDash recently and was very disappointed. I ordered the pepito de carne and the meat was very dry and chewy. The pepito barely had any sauce seems like they just put mayo. I had asked for extra sauces on the side because I like it saucy but the extra sauces never arrived with my order neither did the colombiana drink. I will say the bread seemed fresh but that's it. I won't order again.

Amazing food and the $7 deals are fantastic if you're on a budget. 10/10 recommend for a good, quick meal.

I've been living in Homestead for a while and this is the first food truck down here that I absolutely love! The food served is Colombian and Venezuelan. We managed to try it on Christmas Day! I started off with a perro and wow it was amazing..from the repollo to the slice of cheese on the very top! You get a burst of flavor from every bite, the crunchy potato chips on top are the cherry on top. The service was great, our food was ready immediately. I highly recommend this food truck!

The best mofongo I have ever tasted in all South Florida. Trust me I'm Puerto Rican.

The Mofongo is the best I’ve tasted thus far

I had been looking for Don Mofongo for about a year, kept missing opportunities to taste their food.
