Female cashier isn't polite! She didn't thank you, or even a have a good day. I didn't feel welcome at all, and is too of a loud person. Tone it down some...it isn't South beach! Food was ok. Restaurant clean.

Popped in an hour before closing and the staff was so nice. I had never been to a Jersey Mike's before so they walked through the ordering and made me feel so welcome. I had a regular tuna sub and a regular Italian sub. Choose your bread ( I had rosemary parm), then choose your toppings. Tomatoes were delicious and red ripe! Both subs were excellent. They make the tuna fresh onsite. Loved my visit. Super chill, great cream soda, and meat sliced to order subs - it's five stars for me!

Let me be the first. My wife and I were at a loss for what to do for dinner. We decided to pre order subs a few hours before we needed them thru the app. We've been wanting to try Jersey Mike's since they opened, sure glad we did. We ordered the Big Kahuna Philly cheese steak and the Buffalo Chicken steak subs. They were ready for the time we picked for pick up and the staff were very friendly, greeting us as we walked in the door with a smile. Both subs were on point with the Big kahuna being our favorite, very fresh and flavorful. We would definitely recommend Jersey Mike's.

I used to go to the location in kendall, now that homestead is open it’s much closer to home.A gentlemen named Mike has been taking care of me since I been in Kendall and he’s always been outstanding, and still is. His service is top notch and so is his care with the customers. Awesome person and great seeing him no matter where he works!

Its like i'm back home in Philly!!! Whoever is making these hoagies, don't you EVER let them leave & pay them a gillion dollars. O.M.F.G. born & raised in PA... the ONLY reason i would be able to know its not a true Philly... not as greasy (which i love, sue me) & no wiz option. HANDS DOWN the best, most true to like a philly cheese, or philly chicken cheese, i've had in 32yrs in FL. I fly up to PA just for the food... this is like home driving to me. ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

I have been in FL since 1991 (transplant at 19yrs old) & have NEVER had a steak & cheese that even is remotely close to a real philly steak & cheese... until just now. Swear on my eyes & my parents graves... it was AMAZING. Chopped right, soft roll, perfect amount of cheese & the softest most perfect onions EVER. If Jersey Mikes philly cheese and an authentic from Philly (Geno's, Pat's Lukes..) were in front of me l had to tell which wasnt from Philly... I would not be able to tell you which one was not from Philly. Swear to God. AMAZING! My daughter got the BLT sub, she scarfed that down in 6.4 seconds, I did manage to get a bite & WTH! DELICIOUS!!! Honest, given the choice, I will choose Jersey Mikes over a Pub Sub every time. So delicious. Im a fan for life. I even called for a manager to let them know whoever made that cheesesteak.. needs a raise. They are clearly a Philadelphian reincarnated! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The bad reviews when the place wasn't open are ridiculous. I've been waiting for this place a long time and it was worth the wait. Have ordered multiple times and the sandwiches are great and very fresh. I hope this level of service continues as I've seen new places start this way and fall off over time. Keep it up and you'll always have great business!

Great and friendly staff. Very fast service. The line was moving quickly. The subs were great and bread was fresh. Honestly a breath of fresh air for homestead, finding a fast food restaurant down here that hits all the positive points is rare. Keep up the good work.

Very good service from the moment you walk in, staff is welcoming and extremely kind! They were definitely prepared for the crowd of customers because of how well they had everyone lined up working! Very happy to have a Jersey Mikes especially one with great service.
