Subs are good, my usual (jjblt) always hits! You HAVE to get the pickle with their ranch — even though they forget my pickle sometimes but i look past it because the sub is that good. Friendly staff, never have to wait, and super affordable!!

Waited almost 10 minutes for my sandwich. After standing in front of the counter waiting for about 5 minutes the guy comes up and asked if I ordered then had to check the computer because he couldn't find the order. There's only two people working so it wasn't like he had to ask many people.There was no one in front of me either, so that's not why I had to wait.Also there was no ice in the machine.*To top it off I just found out they didn't even get my sandwich right...

I got home and opened my Totally Tuna sandwich and one half had 2" of bread completely bare. The other half had 3" of lettuce but no tuna, I measured, not exaggerating. I called the store and the manager said they put one scoop and there was nothing he could do except say sorry. They need to spread the meat to cover the whole sandwich because I feel cheated and they don't care about presentation for customer satisfaction.

This place makes the fastest sandwiches ever. I walked in at about 1:45 or so to pick up two subs. I ordered the first one and they immediately started making it while I was ordering the second one. When I was done paying I went down to the end of the counter and waited about 30 seconds, and my sandwiches were ready. the team there today should be congratulated. hard to find fast service like that. the sandwiches are good as well and the ingredients seem fresh.

I was a regular at this place until recently. They started making the orders backwards, wrong items (my wife is allergic to tomatoes, but they insisted that she asked for tomatoes). Today was the last straw. I asked (via phone) for a #9 unwich (wrapped in lettuce) and a #11 on a roll (cut in three). The “General Manager” took the order. When I got home, they had made the #9 on a roll cut in three, and the #11 as an unwich. It was bad enough that I had to drive all the way back to the shop, but the “General Manager” instead of owning up to his mistake, became argumentive about my order (saying what I got is what I ordered). It’s a shame that as good as the sandwiches are (when made as ordered) the staff is a bit dyslexic. I would even feel better if the GM had owned up to his mistake instead of arguing with me over something I’ve been ordering for a long long time. I wish I knew who the owner was………..Disappointed Customer?

I would’ve rated it a 5 but it took half an hour to deliver my food. I live 5 minutes away, i would’ve driven but I couldn’t. The subs here are so good! I really enjoy it and their cookies are to die for!!
