I ordered a pepperoni and one cheese pizza they gave me some old cold hard crusty pizza I should've had check before I took off but I was in a rush to go p/u my kids from school. I'm highly upset. Called the store when I reached home and he wanted me to drive back very rude I'm so disappointed.

I ordered my pizza through the app, it said it would be ready between 8:30 and 8:35, almost 40 minutes later I received the notification that it's ready, I'm going to look for it when I arrive, they tell me that it's not there, another guy comes and tells me that he knows about the order and he starts laughing tells me that I have to wait 20 more minutes all the time I was waiting for the pizza to be ready, if I could give it less than one star I would give it to them terrible service.

My son needed an empty pizza box for a school project, so I ordered 3 pizzas for dinner. Went to go pick it up and kindly asked if we can have an empty box for his project. Mind you , the front door says a family company … they told me I have to pay full price as a whole pizza for an empty cardboard box . They just lost a customer for life . Even my son who is 8 said “dad that’s just wrong.”My son has more sense than they do

I order on line for a pizza and I take the option for built my own and I added pineapple and bacon for WHOLE pizza and I found this ??????????not all the pizza had the ingredients, so I asked to the front desk associate what happen and she said that they had a mesure and the manager of the store said that if they add more than the measure they could be fired or no bonus at all and if I want a very good pizza I has to order one from 12$ and up, because the one that I ordered was too cheap (9$j so I had to style with that. I think it was so rude answer to me.
