The food and the service was great. But the reason I changed my review are the changes in this restaurant. They are trying to up class this place with live music etc...but they are cutting things. No salad or soup with a meal. Now they charge. No extra rolls. I'd rather they charge a couple of dollars more for a meal than cut out things regulars are used to.

I use to love this place but lately the quality is not the same I ordered take out today with half cheese half Margherita pizza and the cheese was separate from the Doug and was chewy I hope they take this review s into consideration and we can continue visiting this place. Thank you

Ordered chicken parm to go with a small Cesar salad on the side, never received any plastic utensils, no napkins, NEVER got the fettuccine for the chicken parm it was just chicken and cheese with tomato sauce, and the lettuce for the Cesar salad looked a little old definitely not fresh, all this for $30.24 lol definitely not worth the price. Should maybe focus more on the quality instead of jacking up the price. Thank god I left no tip.

Terrible Service!! Waited over hour for pizza that was never put in. So say they had internet problems and orders weren't going to the pizza station. Other people got their food and left we sat and sat. When we asked for ticket they tried not to give but when we threatened to leave without paying for appetizer ticket appeared. All was a lie server never put pizza order in. No one apologized and they still charged us full price for cold appetizer and didn't honor veterans discount. I think it was because we were black if you asked me. The vibe was just off from the time the saw us. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IF YOU ARE BLACK. BOYCOTT!!!

This Mamma Mia's (#2) restaurant in homestead should have invested more in the quality of the ingredients and food rather than the appearance of the place. It use to be a cozy place loved by many generations of patrons. I can't even explain the horrible taste of the pizza we ordered. The pasta to go was very bad tasting like bad three day oil, dried out and not fresh. Not a 3 or 5 star restaurant. For the price, none of the food is worth it. Sad to see and taste their food these days.

Today I ate at this place with my wife, the lasagna was very good and the pizza much better, but I have a problem with the garlic bread at this restaurant. They went overboard with the garlic, it's ground garlic with a pinch of bread, butter and no parmesan cheese. For garlic bread to be delicious, it doesn't have to have a lot of garlic. It is my opinion. I would eat there again, but I would reject the garlic bread next time, because the truth is, the only flavor that remains on your palate at the end of the meal is that of pure garlic.
