The food was delicious! We ordered a diabla tilapia and a fried snapper. The shrimp cocktail was a little sweet, but tasty. That day there was live music, a great atmosphere thanks to the singer.All the waiters were super attentive, not just the one we had.100% recommended!
First time I came here was about 3 years ago when they first opened (during covid). Food & service was excellent.My most recent visit was absolutely appalling. Starting with the fact that everyone who works there now is Cuban & do not know what is on the menu, the A/C seems to not have been working, but for a while now, since they have portable A/C that need to be seriously cleaned.I have always ordered the piña las 3 sirenas, waiter told me that it wasn't on the menu, I HAD TO SHOW HER THAT IT WAS!!!!! After that she rolled her eyes & walked away, then came back 20 minutes later to take our drink order & at that time we decided as well to order our food. She became upset because it seemed like she only wanted to get our drink order, well WE are the customers paying for your service, WE choose when to order NOT the wait staff.Food took FOREVER to come out. Once food came, taste was still excellent [thank God for that], however, my sons food NEVER came, I had to get up to the bar and ask where the food was [kids nuggets & fries], the waitress, nowhere to be found, the bartender was kind enough to go to the window at the kitchen & ask, come to find out, it was never ordered to begin with but that it'd come out soon, I had to ask the bartender for another round of drinks & some water. And yet the waitress, NOWHERE!!!!!Once we had finished our food, the infamous waitress, comes with the check & I asked her to get us another round, she had the nerve to ask, "oh you're not done yet?"Where are you hiring your wait staff? The manager seems to always be on his phone, not too concerned for the customer. Prices are a bit overboard & tip automatically added, I find this bothersome since, I had to get up to get any attention & not be waited on.This place has really gone downhill since they opened. It's sad to see this, they had very well trained wait staff & now it seems you have to be pulling teeth to get any type or service here. Luckily their food is still very tasteful & they honestly have so much Mexican seafood items on the menu, you get overwhelmed.

We went to this restaurant because we let ourselves be fooled by a girl's post on Instagram (blogger). It's a shame we fell for it. I honestly don't know why when we arrived at the place we didn't hesitate until we saw that there wasn't a soul in the place. The food is terrible. I ordered a dish of shrimp that were horrible, they looked like cardboard and I mean the taste was terrible, apart from the dish cost $25, my husband had a fish that was too tasteless, really the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant, what a shame I had to pay So much for a meal we didn't enjoy. Terrible ??
