I've been coming here for the past 3 years since I first started shopping here it was okay customer service with okay meat I usually will order current kind of meat they will get it for me but for the past couple of visits I was getting super poor customer service specially from the butcher which is the owners brother and they give me each time a different price I made a big order from them and told them can u give me a little discount he said no I was fine when I showed up today to pick up the meat not only there was no one there to help me and after waiting 45 min the lady comes to me saying she got a phone call from the butcher that the price changed even tho I spoke to the owner yesterday and gave me a different price that's is beyond unprofessional and its now higher I don't know why they do that maybe they think I have a lot of money because I use EBT I REALLY DONT KNOW all I know they don't know how to do business I know the cost of the price is $2.70 not more then that I'm not saying don't make money but don't think people are stupid I spend a lot of money in that store and always recommend them to my family members

I usually support places like this but not this time. Someone stole my EBT benefits from Maryland and spent them here last month (January) after someone stole them online somehow in December and spent them at Sedanos in Miami. I know this market wasn’t the direct spender/scammer but obviously made it simple for the people who did it to do it. I’ve never even heard of this place until I saw where my benefits were spent.

Very disgusted with this place. About two months ago I went in and bought some groceries for my house and was sold spoiled chicken I went back to return it because I had to give the store one more try Because I did like their deals.While making dinner tonight after I just left Mas Por Menos I made my husband some tostadas while opening up the brand new sour cream he noticed it looked off and read the expiration date it expired more than a month ago. This store must have no quality control they must not check their shelves weekly. It sucks that hopefully they don’t get people sick.Please beware and always check your products here. I really hope management takes this into consideration and make some changes

the butcher was very rude and discourteous i was a regular customer at this market until today i went in to purchase some meat with the special they where having and turns out they wanted to limit it one per person i was with my sister she has her house hold and they refused to sell to her butcher stated he makes to little off the price he advertised on the meat then a blond haired woman that works there i believe to be a cashier also jumps in very rude and i just want to clarify no where in the ad it said limited one order per person it was his decision at the moment this market does not value there customers i was a regular there almost every other week i would do my shopping there now ill take my business somewhere else!

This supermarket is one out of the three supermarkets I shop at, I always find everything I need and CHEAP PRICES! They also sell food, they’re tacos are to die for !!

Showed up 45 mins before closing and bought 180$ worth of grocery’s and the meat butcher was giving me attitude and laughed when we would ask for items we were buying. I get to the register and a classless and extremely uneducated girl had the worst customer service. They closed the exit door and had people coming in and out the same door, during a pandemic. My family has came to this small business and spent even 300$. Today was the last day I ever step foot in that store as well as anyone I know.
