I was looking forward to a decent "chicken" tropishop, but what I got was essentially a rice fest—95% rice, if you can believe it. And it's not even as if it was a delightful rice experience; the balance with the beans was completely off. The quality of the rice itself? Disappointing, to say the least—it had the consistency of clay. At this point, they might as well consider renaming themselves RICE Tropical because that seems to be all they're serving. This was not what I expected or paid for.

I love how Pollo changes their menu often and they really do have good food. I do miss their sliders. But the steak is always good, the Caesar salad is good, the keylime pie is good and the chicken is good too.

Great food, don’t expect a 5 star meal from a fast food-ish place. Also, the people working in there for the most part aren’t rude, they’re just working a fast pace job. They handle very well.
This is what 14.00 of food looks like when you come here…Salad is rotten and this is supposed to be a Churassco Meal…I’ve already called Corporate and they told me to go back to the store for a full refund…I’ll be coming back on my day off to get my money back?

Sherrill has horrible attention. I waited on drive thru placed my order 4 times. I don’t know if she was doing it on purpose but when I got tho the window she said she didn’t hear me so I had to do the line again. I live near by I usually eat here but with service like that is better not to go.!
