Used drive through so no atmosphere. Got a tropichop and it was the worse one I ever had. Chicken was dry, rice was almost overcooked and the beans were dry! I asked when we were handed the food, are the sauces in there? Yes, everything is in there, we were told. Nothing was in there. Very disappointed. Be a long time before I go back.

If you want the absolute WORST service possible then you must come to this Pollo Tropical. Be prepared to wait a long time while all the employees chit chat about there personal lives and you will just stand there and wait and wait and wait. Don't waste your time coming here just keep it moving.

Not bad but could be better, I have ordered A quarter of chicken rice and beans Cesar salad and soda" once I notice at home, they gave me just chicken, beans and a little bread" missing the salad and the rice" called the number never answered!!! And told them about the issue 3 days after And never did anything to address the problem" so other than that it resolves at least the hungry stomach of many Latin and others not bad!!! Lol I like it anyways!!!
