Food is good but the worst service ever. Waited in drive through with only 2 cars. No one took the order. 30 minutes. Then they had no diet drinks. This is the worst drive through I ever went to.

I saw a customer walk out while he had to wait too long to be served. Service is so poor, it's pitiful. The food is really good. It's really a shame for this company cause they can be on top of a lot of the chains, probably one of the top 5! What Popeyes needs to do is fire all the people they have working, pay at a great wage, and start over. and if they don't care as they have been doing.... What ever!

Don't go here expecting friendly staff, the tone over the loudspeaker can be very condescending. I know it's not the most prestigious job titles but take pride in the quality of service you offer no matter what job you're doing. Also double check your order to verify everything's actually there.

Ordered 2 chicken tender meals; the restaurant was empty with a few cars in the drive-thru around 2:30 pm. Was warned there would be a 10-minute wait as they had no tenders. 35 minutes later we had our meals.

If I could give a zero I would. Staff were sitting outside on their headsets and telling guests they were closed. We wanted to get some food but the store was closed when we arrived at 9:30. Good food bad service. We went there a couple days prior and received rude service that was brief with short snappy answers.

Horrible restaurant. Worst staff ever. Never come to this place it is a waste of time and money. It is the shittiest place ever. Customer service is terrible. Just bulldoze the whole building and put a new restaurant to replace the shittiest Popeyes that has ever existed

Yesterday second and last time going there, the Service is horrible, bathroom dirty and No toilet paper We placed out order and kept waiting when we asked oh sorry will be a minute We asked for 2 combo chicken sandwich the regular got one regular one spice The place is kind of dirty too

Took a chance since I was craving chicken sandwich. Terrible service even going inside. Ordered spicy sandwich but they didn't put any sauce on it which I discovered after left the place. I will drive to another location rather going to this one again
Terrible customer service. Employees have no respect for customers, and you could hear them talking and cursing in the background. Worst first experience ever! Don't bother wasting your time here!

All of the previous reviews are basically saying what I was about to write. The place is runned by a bunch of Clowns. I do not know if this a Franchised or Corporate store, but whoever owns this place better un-ass the Management and Employees or this place will be closing down. If I want Popeyes, I will drive to the one on SW 184th St. and US 1.

I live im the homestead area. i have visited this horrible resturant twice and that will be the last. Everytime o vosot this resturant the staff are rude racist and lazy. seriously. the last visit was Novemeber 21, 2020. I went to pick up dinner. I pulled up to the drive through window. I was asked what I wantes to order. i advised woman I have the App with a deal. she told me to hold on. few minutes go by then I was asked what o wanted to order. I ordered then told to drive to window. I get to window and girl tells me total is$9.99 i told her as i reminded her I had the app with doscount. this girl starts yelling at me telling me next time I need to tell he You have a discount on the app??? She yelled at me?? then she gets manager to over ride her mistake. Manager leaves this girl literally throws bag at me and slams window. I ADVISE ANYONE SERIOUSLY TO THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TP THIS POPEYES

Gave it a chance regardless of the previous comments and the employees must be reading them because they are were on it! Maybe it's because the chicken sandwiches aren't hard to make but they took our order and we were out in ten minutes. Maybe going inside is the result of my better experience but regardless I would come back again.
