Got chicken Alfredo and hands down the worst chicken Alfredo I've ever had. This place makes Olive Garden look like a 3-star Micheline restaurant. Don't put things on the menu you can't cook correctly or good.

We sat at the bar for an early dinner. The bartender was helpful. The food was okay. The restaurant temperature was very cold, none of the staff seemed like they really wanted to be there, the food felt like it tried to be great but just missed the mark in preparation and cooking. Props for the very cold draft beer at the bar, though! It wasn't a bad experience, just very average.

So our experience started out wonderful. Our server was very attentive and informative. We had Caesar salad and an Antipasti. Our pizza came out and it was delicious until I witnessed this. We were seated in front of the restrooms and I saw a cook come out of the restrooms wearing gloves and than proceeded to go right into the kitchen. The manager basically denied the situation when I confronted her and said she could have changed them in the restroom which is even more gross and that she wasn't wearing them now as she was cooking. Needless to say my family was beyond grossed out and we will not be eating there again. I hope this doesn't continue because it's a major health concern.

Server was excellent in every way! Pointed out how we could save money by utilizing the daily special. Pizza was very good, salad was stellar. Nice stop on our way back from Tue Everglades National Park.

The food is great but the manager is very disrespectful to his staff. The female staff. He yells at them and even made one girl cry and have a panic attack. That’s not good in any establishment. And very unappealing to the customers.

Supervisor unprofessionally scolding his servers in such an uncomfortable hostile manner. Pizza was great but when that happened it ruined my whole experience. Can’t imagine my daughter working for someone like that. HR needs to step in for some retraining or begin looking for new leadership.

I have been coming here since it ever opened. Portofino Coal Fired Pizza has the "Best Pizza Ever".My family and I order from here at least once a week.Parking is ample, food always tastes great, and they have a Full Bar with drinks for everyone..I definatelly recommend the Prosciutto Pizza as it is my favorite. My daughter loves the cheese pizza and my wife the pasta.The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dinning in or take out is always met with efficiency and fast service. Nick almost always takes our to go orders and greets us with a smile upon arrival to pick it up.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Staff is very friendly to all members of the family including children.Wheelchair accessibility: Several Handicap Parkings and wheelchair accessibility.
