How do you screw up eggs over easy?? Hash browns were greasey. Omelet was ok. No water and coffee was luke warm. All for only $43.

We had a party of 6, everyone's food was delicious. By far the best meatloaf I've ever had in a restaurant. Definitely recommend.

I came here with my husband on a weekday morning for brunch. After being seated, we didn’t see our waitress again for about 15 minutes, despite being ready to order. I ordered a turkey club and my husband got an omelette. My sandwich was pretty average, good but nothing special. The bacon that came on it was cooked well, but otherwise it tasted the same as most budget restaurant sandwiches. It then took a while for our waitress to bring us the check. Overall, it was a lot of waiting for a pretty unremarkable meal.Parking: The parking lot is a shared lot for the strip mall this restaurant is part of. The lot was mostly full, but had a few open spots.

I love Sam’s country kitchen! The food was great, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was simple and invitingIt’s a little tricky to find this place… Because there is no large sign anywhere… You have to kind of know to look at the door. On top of that this restaurant is in a retail center that does not seem like it would have a restaurant in it to me. This is a local place… And I think the locals are the ones who know it’s there… but the Google maps it will take you to the right placeI had beef liver and grits for breakfast and added a couple eggs on top. Everything was exceptionally well-made, hot, fresh, tender and delicious.Gina was my waitress… And she was terrific! She helped me navigate the menu and guided me in for the extras so I ended up with exactly the breakfast I wanted. And the Coffee kept on coming!I’d go back to this place in a heartbeat!

To expensive for what you are served 2 people for breakfast just a basic 2 eggs bacon grits and pancakes $19.00 per plate I spent for just 2 people $40.00 I go to Flagler restaurant on US1 and can feed 3 to 4 people for $40.00

We ate here for breakfast last weekend and we weren't disappointed. I can't resist and avocado eggs Benedict and it was perfect! They add spinach to it which was a nice healthy addition. My kids had waffles and a two egg breakfast and everything was good. My husband ate a Richman Benedict, it's on a biscuit instead of an English muffin, bacon or sausage instead of Canadian ham, eggs, and them smothered in gravy. Great homey atmosphere.

Sam's is a great way to start your day. It's a nice, casual place with a good breakfast selection as well as burgers and sandwiches. The grits were especially good. They were rich and creamy. The prices are very reasonable, too.
