Thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance here on Christmas Day and the day after. I got cold brew and nitro cold brew. Both were very smooth but similar to what I always get. What stood out was Loida's positive attitude and her willingness to go above and beyond to fill up my water multiple times. Thanks for a great Christmas experience.
When went in this evening to get a box of coffee for an event. The barista who helped us was so kind—I did not catch her name but her tag said that she is an army veteran. She gave my daughter a pink drink-her favorite. A little act of kindness that went a long way today. Thank you ?

Made an order under a bad rain and windy night, but they managed to take everything down very quick since I went thru their drive-thru. Made my Family's night to be able to order their drinks requested and how quick they were moving the long line of cars that night.
