New to the area and my first time at this location. I was observed with how they were treating me with my two kids in the back of the car. It was time to change shift and I ended up waiting four minutes to place my order a long with informing them that we never recieved the right order previously. I tried to patiently explain my situation at the drive through but the manager aka unknowable shift lead treated me like trash and didn’t give me the food I ordered previously. Proof is all there!

Stop hiring 12 year old middle school kids led by a clearly incompetent manager . Slow, didn’t apologize, didn’t give me my drinks and gave 2 of the 4 orders wrong. I left because I didn’t want to get upset even more. Everyone in that entire shift needs and deserve better direction then the one they’re getting from that useless manager

Tonight I had to go to this Wendy's to pick up a DoorDash order and in my life I had never seen or had the experience of being in a place where they treat the customer so badly and where they make you wait so long. I was waiting 1 hour for the order, they made me wait in line 3 times because according to the manager I had not said the name on the speaker when I did say it and in fact it was very rude and to make matters worse after waiting so long they gave me the order It wasn't and there is no one to explain to the manager why she doesn't listen to you. I'm going to that Wendy in my life again, the experience I had there was super bad.
