“great service by the staff, specifically Meet, he was exceptionally helpful and kind upon my frequent visits, extremely nice to interact with. Easily my favorite 7-11 ever, the slurpees slap every time, very clean establishment and great food too. 10/10.“
“I have been to this location numerous times and Abby is truly an asset to your company. She is on the go and makes sure you are in and out in an expedited manner. Abby you are truly an asset to Dunkin’Dietary restrictions: Ability to use almond milk in iced coffee“
“I have to say the customer service has drastically improved here. It’s Christmas Eve and the GM Vincent is currently back there making orders! And the store manager Ashley is running like a chicken with her head cut off taking care of customers! Even when the lobby was supposed to be closed! A+++ GOOD JOB GUYS!!!!“
“These are the sweetest girls here! I wish I had gotten the name of the girl that took our order and fixed our iced coffee on Wednesday afternoon Nov 1. She was the most polite and helpful sweet person! I recommend stopping in for an iced white chocolate spiced latte’!“
“Not a single good experience from this store in at least a year. As a local we eat here quite often. I've been patient as I understand good help is hard to find. However today just ended that.Let me walk you through my experience.Pulling up to the order board, there was no menu available only the last order. No worries. I'm chill.....Waited in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes. Still wasn't bothered. When I received my food ..it was wrong. And honestly looked like something that should have been in the trash. So my husband goes in and has it fixed . . Even after all that....the egg was still liquid. . . I can't. I'm done. Y'all are literally falling apart. It's time to get better management asap or this place is gonna crash.“
“New owners know their craft! Outstanding sandwiches! No matter what you are in the mood for. Stellar customer service. These guys make you feel at home the second you walk through the door. Hidden gem on Ft Island Trail.Dietary restrictions: Low carb or bread free options. Like make any sandwich into a salad!“
“I'm from New York and whenever I come to Crystal River to visit family, I make at least one stop at cattle dog! It's great coffee with fun seasonal drinks, I've never had the same drink twice. Just got a fluffy bunny: toasted marshmallow and caramel. If you don't like the sweet stuff that's fine because again, it's great coffee and they have so many blends. If you enjoy it as much as I do, they have so many kinds of beans in bags to go. They'll grind the beans for you and everything.Food rocks too! The rotation of pastries has a mix of simple and funky options. Lots of yummy sandwiches. I got a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant today, which is cheaper than the one I got at Dunkin yesterday and like 10x better. The people are consistently lovely too, great service every time I've visited. And with my visits being spread out over the last 3 years, I think that says something about management. If you're visiting CR, make a stop at cattle dog and support these lovely people! Perfect place for a quick brunch before an adventure or to grab drinks to go and walk around town.“
“Adorable little cafe in crystal river. I love that they have outdoor seating in a private patio area. I posted the menu in the comments. Very cafe style foods consisting of sandwiches, wraps, salads, etc. they serve coffees and mimosas as well! The server was quick and attentive, and answered any questions I had. My friend ordered a hummus appetizer, BLT entree, and mimosa. The hummus was very good! It did need a few more slices of pita to be able to eat all of the hummus. I also ordered a BLT, as well as an Amy's cookie and slice of hummingbird cake to go. BLT was delicious, came with pickle and chips. When I got home I tried the cake and it was soooooo good. My lord it was delicious. The cookie sounded like it would be sweet but def wasn't. It has chocolate, macadamia nuts, and coconut in it. On the way out I caved and got two truffles. They are kinda pricey, but very good. There is a cute little shop attached to the cafe as well!Overall I would def come back. I thought it was adorable, the food was good, and the prices were fair. Cute little downtown spot!“
“Are you kidding me? Is this place for real? Did I really just have one of the best tea experiences of my life in Crystal River, Florida? Wow! I can't believe this! I had a chicken salad sandwich on gluten-free bread with a London fog That was absolutely delicious. I bought some of their Earl Gray to go. This was such a delightful surprise. They had little trinkets and soaps and other things to look at and shop for while I waited. There's lots of cute tables in an adorable room that is decorated beautifully. Also, I saw you could sit outside if you wanted... When I got home I tried the tea I had bought and it's some of the best t I've ever had! I can't wait to come back through town and visit again. If you have gluten-free allergies or dietary restrictions, this is the place for you! Lots of ways to feed yourself and not have to worry about your digestion. Cheers to all these people because what you're doing is wonderful. Keep up the great work!Dietary restrictions: The gluten-free bread on my sandwich was great. If you are vegan or have dietary restrictions, this is definitely a must place to eat“
“Awesomely delicious coffee & treats! Try the Danish...so good & so fresh! Great service, although they had abit of trouble keeping up with DriveThru and Walk-in customers with only 2 staff working. ❤️ (edit: No bagels available... it was on menu, but not sold after 11:30 am... next time I'll have to get there earlier! ?)“
