Crump’s Landing is a nice place to visit while in the area. We stopped by in the pontoon to catch lunch. The ambiance is amazing, great tables and plenty of wonderful views. The food was good, I had shrimp tacos, my wife had the grouper sandwich as did another in our party of four. One of us ordered clam chowder Glor her lunch …here’s where the service falls apart. The server doesn’t bring out the meal, someone else does. The clam chowder was missing and the food delivery person acknowledged and said they would take care of it. The server didn’t stop by again until the rest of us were nearly done eating. We told her to forget the meal of clam chowder, she said she was aware that it was missing and had instructed the delivery person to bring it out. She never checked to make sure we received it. It never showed up. It is really frustrating when something as simple as getting the meal you ordered doesn’t happen. The server said she would gladly take the undelivered meal off the bill (like we were supposed to be grateful for not having to pay for something we didn’t get). We will be back, hopefully the service improves.

When we got there we was told it would be 45 minutes wait, which was fine. Told we could wait in 3 different areas and the tiki bar area does starters so we went there to wait for a table for dinner. We found an empty table that had high chairs around a tree we sat down chose what we wanted to eat and drink and a rude woman then came over and told us we couldn't just sit down ourself and we had to move. We said we was waiting on a table and was told we could come here for starters, she replied well you can't we asked where can we go then and she replied you can only use the white deck chair (which there was non in this area) otherwise move to another waiting area. We walked to another area and there was no seating available anywhere but there was lots of empty tables which we was not allowed to sit it. We had 7 people in our group 1 of which was disabled and couldn't stand for a long amount of time and we had 3 children. We finally found a white deck chair to sit down at after a nice couple gave up their chairs. 55 minutes later we got the call for our table in the main seating area. Service started off good and starters were ordered and came in an OK time. We than ordered our 4 main meals. They took we over an hour and a half to arrive. We asked a numerous amount of times where our meals were and was continuously told they are coming now. When the meals finally arrived they only brought 3 out I had to ask where the other burger was and was told again its coming now. The meals that arrived first were stone cold and dry. We waited for our server to come back and he came with The last burger which was freshly made and hot and freshly made.We complained about the first 3 meals and was offered to have these remade the time was now nearly 9pm and the children were getting tired and restless after being there over 4 hours. We refused this amd the manager said she would take the mains off the bill and offer a 50% discount. Even this was not much of an apology for the bad experience we had during our visit.I think you need to re look at your waiting areas and service times as this is not good at all. Poor service, poor waiting times, in such a lovely area which could be a lovely family friendly restaurant.

The place is very nice, the prices are very high for the quality they offer. The cocktails are as expensive as they are bad, they should take a cocktail course, the bathroom area smelled bad. There were tables available and they made us wait 1 hour

Love this place!! I go on a Sunday afternoons sometimes to meet family and have a great time. Food and service are good and the atmosphere is awesome. Live Music on Sundays too. Our server Alise was amazing and such a breath of fresh air!!Parking: Depending on what time of day you go parking can sometimes be difficult but they have two over flow lots you just have to walk a little further.Kid-friendliness: They have a pirate ship play ground for the kids while you wait.

We love the atmosphere! However very disappointed they no longer have pulled pork slaw wrap! And no longer have the sweet potato fries.now substituted with waffle cut sweet potatoes fries! PLEASE PUT THESE 2 ITEMS BACK on the menu!!

Crumps has good food and is great place to hang out, but the liquor is very overpriced. Additionally, their mixed drinks seemed to contain very little (if any) alcohol. After a few drinks and realizing that I felt nothing, the bar seems like a scam to me. If you drink alcohol here, drink something canned/bottled so the bartenders can't rip you off.

A very busy place, more worried about turning over customers for a higher payout versus friendly, personal service. The staff was basic. "Here you go" What else?"......nothing special.The atmosphere was good, I've seen better going down south. However, for the north , this is the best as you will get.The food was great, hot, fresh, and came with LOTS of sauces and dips with NO extra charge (that's always a HUGE bonus.)We also ordered the "category 5 bucket." It's $15.95 with 5 different rums, with one of the five being a floater. Worth it. Plus, the bucket makes the perfect "shell bucket" (we use them to collect shells on the beach).It's a hot spot for tourists.
