Jada at the 19&98 Mc Donald’s is amazing. Our order was wrong and she took it upon herself to fix it for us. She needs to be a manager. She’s amazing and very sweet.

Not a single good experience from this store in at least a year. As a local we eat here quite often. I've been patient as I understand good help is hard to find. However today just ended that.Let me walk you through my experience.Pulling up to the order board, there was no menu available only the last order. No worries. I'm chill.....Waited in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes. Still wasn't bothered. When I received my food ..it was wrong. And honestly looked like something that should have been in the trash. So my husband goes in and has it fixed . . Even after all that....the egg was still liquid. . . I can't. I'm done. Y'all are literally falling apart. It's time to get better management asap or this place is gonna crash.

The Fries were not fully cooked. I would rather wait a few extra minutes than eat uncooked French fries. I really like McDonald's fries, but lately, the restaurants have not been fully cooking the fries.

There are only a few things I eat from ANY McDonald's. However, this location pays attention to the details. The staff is friendly and very time aware with every customer. And every time I have been here the lobby is always clean. And I'm not scared to use the bathroom. Because the bathroom is clean and has to.! Extra Bonus Point for that! Thanks, Mcdonald Staff. Oh and the parking lot is clean, and there is a bench that you could eat at and watch trafficWheelchair accessibility: Yes, there are wheelchair parking spots and seating as well.
