Upon arriving we stepped up to the counter to place our order (mind you there was only one other patron sitting at a table already eating) the young man working behind the counter turned around and told us to place our order at the kiosk directly behind us. So, to me, that left me with a bad impression as far as customer service. Once we got our food, our chicken quesadilla and steak quesadilla hardly had any meat in it. My bean and cheese burrito was extremely spicy (I don't recall this item ever being so spicy). My cheesy Fiesta potatoes were cold and hard and tasted like they'd been leftover from who knows when, and finally, my cinnamon twists hardly had ANY sugar cinnamon and I paid over $30 for this inedible meal. Apparently, Taco Bell has raised their prices BUT lowered their quality and food standards. The only positive experience here was that the bathroom was clean. I can go to an authentic Mexican restaurant, pay about the same, and get better quality food!

went there about 11 at night after work. when we pulled around through the drive through they were all standing out by the front doors smoking. go through the drive through and ordered our food got home and there was sauce on my burrito after i asked for no sauce and they didn’t even attempt to cut our quesadillas at all.

I love this Taco Bell very friendly always pleasant could be better about remembering sauces requested in the bag, straws and napkins. But they are usually accurate on the order that was placed which to me is a little More important lol! We do take out a lot from here using the mobile app to order. Don't really eat in very much but when we have it their dining area has been clean and acceptable to eat in.

Very upset normally I'm the person to give compliments, but I was there 10 min never got acknowledge! When finally got acknowledge they told me I had to do self check out cause there drive through was to busy ! So they don't care about walk in customers ! Sad very sad !!
