Wendy was good. The inside of the door was clean well presented. Someone on the staff and gone to the effort of taking black-and-white photos of the staffers and hung them around the restaurant… I thought this was really wonderful and humanizing.I don’t eat at Wendy’s too often, but I found their digital ordering system, to be intuitive and easy to use.Burger came up fairly quickly much as it was made after we ordered it so came out fresh hot. Fries were good.Staff was very friendly

Very unpleasant service. Because I was not familiar with the kiosk and didnt put my name to the order (did not see anything where to put it) she tried to tell me there isnt my order in the system. Once I checked that I saw it. The face of the lady was very sour face. I will not return here and will be sceptical about the other

Super cool updated location. The interior is very well done. Definitely didn’t seem like your run of the mill fast food joint. The quality is up at this location versus the many other ones I’ve visited over the years. The staff was very up beat and it was nice to them all in a good mood getting along, a lot of these places the employees don’t seem to be happy.I am not local to this area so I don’t know if I’ll be back soon but if I do have a Wendy’s craving in the area I know where to go!

This might be one of the worst run Wendy's I've ever been to, and I am 48 years old from the Midwest. The lack of service, along with employees not paying attention at all to the customers, as well as the demeanor and attitude of all of the employees is just sad.I was interrupted and asked to place my order through the touch screen kiosk while I was in the middle of a conversation on my phone in the dining area.And while using the kiosk a manager approached the area and I asked her for some quick assistance on the kiosk and she informed me that she was unable to help me because she was not on the clock.Then when I finally figured out the kiosk on my own and slid my card into the machine, it asked me to pay the remainder of the balance at the register, and I went to the register and they had absolutely no record of my order. So now I'm unaware of them taking money out of my account, and then they took my order completely at a different register.And to make things even more grand the next three customers that entered the dining area were asked to place their order with an employee at the register.If they would have just taken my order from the beginning when I ask them to the transaction and experience would have been 180° different.

Had the chili but it could've been vegetarian for the lack of meat. Ordered 4 containers and all were the same. Saving money by not adding meat? The worst Wendy's I've ever been to including the service, or lack of.

Service was good, food was acceptable, but the indoor area was exceptionally cold. I'm not talking a little cool, I mean downright cold. All the dine-in customers that came in during this visit, took their food to the outside patio seating area. The server to whom I mentioned it, said that they keep it that way so the kitchen staff doesn't get too hot. Sounds like they need better ventilation for the kitchen and more concern for customer comfort.

The people at the drive thru were rude and not at all pleasant. 11/16/23 at around 3:30 pm. McDonalds and Taco Bell are right across the street, so we will take our business to them.

I am utterly appalled to say that while dining at this location, I witnessed a male employee loudly threatening to bodily harm a female coworker. If this is how employees are allowed to speaking to one another, I refuse to dine here once again. And don't get me started on the rat feces I found in the corner of the women's bathroom. Just an all out disgusting experience. Do not recommend coming here.

I'm one of the people that complain the least but today was the day I felt like I had to leave a review. Me and my girlfriend went through the drive through to pick up our mobile order. Couldn't figure out where to add a cheese cup so I asked the girl at the window could I add a cheese cup expecting to pay of course she just said ok and to pull up to the door. So we did. When we got our order I checked the bag no cheese cup. So I go into to get the cheese cup. I tell what looks like the manager that we are missing a cheese cup. She gets a cup and lid fills it with cheese and sits it on the counter to do other things like she knew I hadn't paid. While I'm waiting my girlfriend walks in to tell me that they forgot our drinks. I was too focused on the missing cheese cup. So I see the girl at the window and tell her we are missing our frosty and sweet tea. She looks at me with this rude look and says I have to pay for the cheese cup. No problem I had a dollar ready but why did you tell me ok and to pull up without making me pay at the window. No sorry no nothing just rude. Like it's our fault. The reviews speak for themselves. For the love of God get some better management.
