Not the cashier's fault, but the Owner/Management's fault.Every time I stop here there's only 1 cashier. And about 20 people waiting in line.And of course when you have elderly people bringing in their Lotto you get stuck standing in line for 15 minutes.

My go to gas station... I've even had the munchies & got delivery from them before lol Gas prices are competitive, quick stops for a hot or cold beverage or a quick bite to eat, lottery for when you just feel like you're gonna be THE winner of the Powerball that night (?), in a hurry & need that gallon of milk & much more. The staff is always upbeat & nice. And it's CLEAN! Big plus for a gas station. BIG THUMBS UP ?☺️

Twice in the last month I needed something from this location and it was closed at midnight. Supposedly they close even though they are 24hrs. I had to drive across town to get what I needed both times. If you are a late night person, avoid trying to go here!

I recently had a disastrous experience at my local 7-Eleven that left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I visited the store around 1:30 am, hoping to grab some late-night essentials. However, to my surprise, the doors were locked, and there was a long line of customers waiting at the window. This was already a major inconvenience, but unfortunately, things only went downhill from there.The cashier on duty, Michelle, appeared visibly overwhelmed by the line of customers. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she began screaming at everyone, expressing her unwillingness to assist customers with anything other than gas and cigarettes. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and uncalled for.Attempting to address the situation, I approached the window and politely asked for her name. To my shock, Michelle responded by threatening to call the police and accusing me of trespassing. Her threat was completely unwarranted and escalated the situation unnecessarily. It's disheartening to witness such hostility and lack of customer service skills from an employee representing a well-known brand like 7-Eleven.As a result of this abysmal experience, I have no intention of ever returning to this 7-Eleven location. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter such an unprofessional and confrontational employee, especially when I've always relied on 7-Eleven for convenient shopping. It is clear that the management of this particular store needs to address the behavior of their staff and ensure that customers are treated with respect and courtesy.I strongly advise against visiting this 7-Eleven unless you have absolutely no other option. The lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by Michelle, combined with the inconvenience of locked doors and a lengthy wait, makes this store an unpleasant and unsatisfactory place to do business. I sincerely hope that my terrible experience serves as a wake-up call for the management to improve their staff training and ensure a more positive shopping experience for customers in the future.

Nasty employee or manager confronted my wife about putting trash in the trash container by the front door. Guess they don't know trash cans are for Trash. Will take my business elsewhere, but will put my trash in their containers.
