Showed up this morning at 6:10 a.m. to order food and I was told they are not open yet they're waiting on a crew member to show up I asked when they would open they said I don't know maybe 20 minutes that's a great way to run a business

They were doing a good job but seemed a little overwhelmed. Staffing seemed adequate but it was looking hectic despite not being very busy.
Person that took my order at the counter was friendly and polite. Double checked my order to make sure I got everything that I purchased. Asked if I needed any condiments, and wished me a good day. So that was quite nice to hear these days.

Worse place ever. Food is disgusting and so is the attitudes with the people there. I catch an attitude because I asked for my fish sandwich fresh out of the fryer. I told her I didn't want the food I just want my money back so a manager had to come. I told her about what happened and she apologized about how the generation is nowadays. Got my money back and left. Next time I came there the same girl was working the onion ring thing. I watched her sit there and pick out all the little tiny scraps in the bottom and fill my onion ring cup up halfway with little burnt pieces from the bottom of the container. Now today I go there and it feels like I'm going to die from the chicken sandwich they fed me. Don't go there! Just don't!

They at least have crews that can make your order right, somewhat quickly, and the night crew that served me were very friendly.
First of all this review is not about the food. IT WAS BURGER KING IT TASTE LIKE BURGER KING - everything was hot and fresh. Now I am leaving a review because the drive thru employees were on it today!! So much so they were even able to engage with my 2yr old who had all the “thank yous” for them. Your customer service is appreciative. Stay great!!

For being burger king, this is our favorite one. They are usually spot on when it comes to your order. The area around it isn't great but what can you do about it?
Wife is pissed off at me so didn’t make my lunch. Went to Burger King 2 days for lunch. Have to say this BK at 19 & Hudson is awesome, both meals fresh a delicious!
