I don’t know how this food truck has a 4 star because their food is so nasty! And I love food trucks! I can’t believe how much I spent on it today ordering it from DoorDash and I got trash food. SMDH rice was hard and gross. I was so disappointed in the Mexican corn. It was way too much salt and didn’t have a good flavor at all! Me and my daughter love some Mexican corn too and it’s always been good anywhere else we went but this was the worst we ever had! Their quesabirria I thought was a quesadilla birria but they were tacos. They were ok but not worth no $20! I will never order from this place again!Ps: I paid about $5 to DoorDash for fees and some more for a tip because they gave me a huge discount for signing up for the door pass so no, it wasn’t the DoorDash fees this time. Y’all’s food is set way too expensive. Especially for how it tastes! The only thing we actually did like was the strawberry milkshake thing. I don’t like leaving bad reviews for anybody but I’m still irritated that I had to pay so much for some nasty Mexican food when I could have gotten some at my favorite Mexican restaurant here in town for half the price!

I am not a huge fan of Mexican food, but my coworkers wanted Mexican food so we found this place on DoorDash. I WAS WILLING TO TRY QUESADILLAS. I ORDERED CHICKEN AND BEEF ONES. OMG they were the best quesadillas I have ever had. I would order from here again and again, and possibly be willing to try something different because it was so good. I only ordered DoorDash so I know nothing about the restaurant but the food top notch.

We got a beef burrito chicken quesadilla and nachos. Absolutely loved everything food was great fast staff was friendly nice seating area for me my girlfriend and our dog. No complaints ill probably be back next week!

I’ve been to Mexico, I’ve also lived on border towns in Texas… but I have not had pork/carnitas birria tacos anywhere in the world like I had at Mexican cravings in Hudson . From the queso birra tacos to their carne asada (that’s all I order lol ?) todo aquí son rico! Everything on the menu is amazing and will definitely satisfy your Mexican Cravings ?.I got the pleasure of being able to speak to the owner only to praise his cooking. And after talking to him i found out how much pride he has in having his authentic Mexican taste. He definitely takes his times on the little things to perfect it. Therefore, if your craving some Mexican food then you definite need to order what I did at Mexican Cravings. You won’t be disappointed!
