The very very heavy dark lady behind the window was absolutely awful. Surprise Surprise. She cursed at my co worker because she added an extra drink that she wasn't supposed to. I know recruiting is difficult these days, but y'all get it where you can evidently.

I have given up eating here since the food is always cold, expired, and unappetizing. However I still do food deliveries for Uber so I tried to go pick up an order today at 10:42. Lobby doors were locked so I tried the drive through after doublechecking their hours of operation on Google. Nobody answered me at the speaker nobody could be found at the window yet I saw two people sitting in the dining room with their hoodies up on their cell phones doing nothing. Honestly, what are y’all paying these people for because they don’t care about customers they don’t care about quality of food, and they certainly don’t care about hours of operation. Besides myself, there were three other guests in the parking lot, attempting to get inside, or go to the drive-through to order food. All those sales gone. I say fire everybody at the store spend One week, hiring, training, and revamping this location somebody from corporate needs to be there every day to see how horrible the employees treat the customers and food.

I am very disappointed. First off, my order was not right. I paid extra for a chicken breast and I didn't receive it. We also got the incorrect type of chicken too. The food was overcooked, hard biscuits, cold fries, cold entrees. The only good thing was the strawberry biscuits.

I used to love Popeyes. Yesterday, my wife ran up to get us some food from here, and they didn't get the order right again. I say again because my wife told them it was wrong and they still got it wrong again. This has happened before at this location. The food was cold, the cheese on the bacon crispy chicken sandwich was cold, and they were told a 3 piece meal with white meat and instead, I got a 3 strip meal. Come on guys, a bit of professionalism would be great, and I mean this with all the fast food places around here.

Was horrible the lady at the on the speaker thru the drive thru was very rude. When we entered the drive thru she just said order when you ready and we said hi and greeted her and asked if she could give us a sec to look over the menu and she completely ignored it and repeated herself again order when you ready but in a more aggravated way like to rush so we proceeded to order asked for lemonade and her reply was we don’t have none very rudely and we asked well what else do you have and she said coke products and asked her nicely to elaborate on coke products so we know what they have and she started to name all them in a rude way so by that time we wasted time already because she’s being rude and we have only 20 minutes to eat on our lunch break my friend and I were aggravated so we told her nicely nvm to cancel the first order that we tried to order because we never got to mine probably wouldn’t recommend coming here again for my lunch break! Never had such rude service from a Popeyes!

I went through the drive through at 10pm. They close at 11pm. I waited for about 7 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I went to the window and there was 2 employees with a broom and garden hose spraying the floor. The one with the hose looked right at me and continued to spray the floor. I sat at the window for a few minutes thinking she was going to come and take my order….she did not. I don’t know why I’m surprised seeing as they always have poor customer service at that location. There was another customer out front in their car. I will be going in and speaking to a manager about this. Unacceptable to ignore customers when you don’t even close for another hour.

Terrible service. Terrible food. First time I visited this Popeyes they were out of chicken for chicken sandwiches…how do you run out of chicken. Second time I visited, they had chicken however, no Mac and cheese and no fries. After biting into the chicken sandwich, there was plastic (like the ones you peel off of cheese slices) I returned to the store to ask for a refund, the manager gave me trouble stating she couldn’t refund me without the receipt, I explained I had gone through the drive thru LESS THAN 20 minutes ago and they never provided me a receipt. Problem was never resolved, will not be returning. Horrible place. Horrible food. Don’t visit not worth it

Editing to add:I decided to give this place another try, due to a pregnancy craving I really tried not to give into. I ordered online and picked up via drive thru with little issue. However upon actually (attempting) to eat the food, the chicken tasted like it had been cooked hours previously and set under a heat lamp the entire time, the french fries were cold, and there's not a single sauce to be found (but it's on the order receipt they use to put the order together). I will say that the biscuits have vastly improved since my last visit, but not enough to win my business back again. I was able to obtain a full refund, so only time & gas was wasted here.Ordered a 2 pc classic combo with mashed potatoes. The chicken and potatoes were alright, on par with KFC (nothing special), but the biscuit was hard as a rock. The young guy at the drive thru window was very kind, but there were 3 other employees (a blue haired woman and two other women) who stood by the window the entire time giving me very dirty looks, making assumptions about me and saying them quite loud, and we're just generally unpleasant in demeanor. Won't be returning!

My son ordered the nuggets for me but the sauce they gave him was very spicy, I went to the front and kindly asked the girl if they had a sauce that wasn’t spicy. She just looked at me and kept on filling the other people’s orders while the sauces were right in front of her. I waited and waited finally when she came back to front I asked her again this time with a little louder voice thinking that maybe she didn’t hear me the first time. Well, she got one for me not asking what flavor I wanted then she said to me,”you don’t have to be rude about it.” What kind of service do they have!!!!!!! Look at the camera reel you’ll see that she threw the sauce on the counter and I picked it up then she tells the manager that I grabbed the sauce from her hand and while I was leaving she said out loud about me “she’s lying”Friday, march 22nd, 2024 at about 7:40 or 7:45 in the evening .
