We got a foot long turkey sub on white roll. The bread was hard and flakey. We said something to the young man on duty and he gave a lame excuse that "oh sometimes it gets cooked to long or we leave it out to long, we sometimes offer to heat it and that will soffen it." No sorry or offer to replace it. Staff uncaring and food bad. Place was dirty also.

Girl working behind the counter midday shift is incredibly rude and nasty needs to be fired, didn't give me what I paid for and proceeded to argue with me stating I couldn't of possibly ordered what I did from app and refused to refund the difference they really need to stop hiring

Says they close at nine but i just walked in at 8:50 and was refused service despite the gate still being open, there still being food out, and there still being two employees. The gal was standing at the register chatting with a non-customer, non-employee and otherwise doing nothing while the guy was breaking down one of the sub stations. This is usually my favorite subway where they have the most crisp lettuce and freshest bread. Really just wanted to let the owner know that the staff is closing early. If you’re going to close at 8:50, close the gate and set your hours to 8:50. If I walk in before nine, I expect a sandwich.

I had Coupons. After maybe 5 minutes waitingtime somebody showed up. Told me: no Internet so no Coupons and just Cash. Was probably ok. This woman behind the counter looks not like that I want to order food by her.

I usually have a good experience here, but this last one was absolutely ridiculous and has me never wanting to return. Not only were the employees rude when I handed them a coupon, they refused to use the coupon...but said I could use a different coupon from the same coupon page..what? Lol. They absolutely refused to use the BOGO coupons but would accept all the other ones. That's not how that works...you accept all or none. The girl was straight up rude and defensive, and the man who originally rang me up saw the coupon and then threw his hands up and said "I can't with these people" and walked away into the back..and I hadn't even said anything at that point. Ridiculous and unprofessional. For a place that you can't get even a single meal for under 10 dollars, they shouldn't behave in such a rude manner.

We made the order online. Picked up in store. The gentleman was sharp, curious, and a great sandwich artist. Our subs were fresh and made perfectly. Not too much of the liquids to make breads too moist. All veggies were fresh as well. Perfect portion sizes for the subs ordered. Thank you for such great service! I wish I'd gotten a name to let you know how you're appreciated for doing such a great job!!! thank you so much!!

The lady making my sandwich had to be higher than a kite. From start to finish it took 15 minutes for one club sandwich. flys all over but they were less than usual. Only writing this because I was so patient with the lady but I paid $12 and I’m scared to eat it??

Every time I order there is always something wrong. Wrong bread, added peppers, not enough tomatoes or parm or dressing. I ordered through the app and wanted Italian herb, more tomatoes more onions and more olives. Got Italian bread with three super small and partially green tomatoes. WTH, Subway! Do better.

I got a steak and mozzarella cheese protein bowl with lettuce, onions, banana peppers, salt & pepper, and Chipotle sauce made fresh by Joey! Friendly service and clean dining area. I would eat here again!

Store hours are till 9pm. They closed early and said Jackson said to. Claimed they rain out of all foos. So thanks for wasting my time and gas.

My sister and I went there around 9:40 p.m.. We felt very welcomed by Sara Lee Is the name of the employee who was on duty. I felt Like she was very personable and made me the best subway sandwich than I've had in a very long time. We did not feel rushed to dine in as they were very close to closing time. Thank you Sarah Lee. You rock!

Last few times I went, I felt like I was eating a bread sandwich. It may be ok for those who want a salad on their sandwich but for me, lettuce doesn't get it. Adding less meatballs too.
