A party of two, myself and spouse got seated then ordered beverages Now we ordered breakfast eggs, bacon, potatoes and a omelette. I noticed a party of four entered the cafe as we are having coffee. So it has been 45 minutes and NO breakfast yet, The worst part of this morning came after the table of four whom entered the cafe around 20 minutes after we were seated food came out before our food, they also ordered egg breakfast. I summoned the manager to advise the issue and he wouldn't listen but came up with every excuse, now he is loud and rude stating we don't have staff. I now understand why he don't have staff, who work for such individual.

Excellent food at a family run restaurant. You can't make a bad choice. Not a fast food place.
Nestled along the serene shoreline, this charming European-style restaurant exudes a quaint family-owned ambiance, inviting patrons to savor a taste of old-fashioned country tranquility. Ideal for those seeking respite from the bustling pace of urban living, it offers a peaceful retreat where wholesome meals, prepared with genuine care, await. Amidst the simplicity of its surroundings, guests are treated to an authentic dining experience, steeped in familial warmth and culinary tradition.

Lovely owner and service was wonderful! The treat was watching the owner play a song on his guitar. The food was fantastic, esp the latte we ordered...so good that my friend and I wanted to order a second cup! I got the duck crepe and shared onion and potato pierogi together...it was all soooooo delicious! We ended up eating everything and even ordered a few sweet treats to go. Would definitely come back here again!!

My wife and I had a great brunch here. She had the Asian Chicken Salad. I had a mixed plate of Mushroom/Cabbage and Potato/Onion Pirogies (more like Pelmeni on size). For dessert we shared a Plum Tart - my food was all prepared Homestyle Eastern European (Polish, Ukrainian, Lithuanian, ….). The owner played guitar during the meal - rock/folk music with a Ukrainian arrangement.
What a gem! Beautiful live acoustic music! The server was wonderful and charming. Homemade bread and pastries, fresh coffee, and a delicious and unique breakfast menu of both savory and sweet. I Highly recommend this place?
