Did not eat there this time but food is always great ! We had a Sangria and sat in massage chairs ! When I say amazing they are beyond amazing ! The stretching was my fave part ! Great Sangrias great staff and the owner Lea is the best ! I highly recommend going to lunch have a drink and sit in chairs . Can’t wait to try the salt room next ! I am going to take my husband on a date for lunch and massage chairs soon !

The inside of the this fabulously quaint, adorable restaurant is like a little jungle cave, with a waterfall, 2 aquarium fish tanks, small tables, 1 bigger table (6-8 people max maybe) and about 4 or 5 booths, which we sat at comfortably. We went for an early dinner and had 2 different Kombucha's, amazing soups, delicious avocado Bruschetta, a fabulous burger and for dessert Chocolate mousse and an vegan apple crumble.ORGANIC, GRASS FED, HEALTHY FLAVOURFUL MEAL!! The people were super friendly, helpful and excellent service!! They have been serving the barrier islands over 20 years and are definitely a valuable asset to the community! Attached to the restaurant, or visa versa, is an awesome health store, for mental, physical and spiritual health(from groceries , to body and home products and clothng and accessories). Not to mention in the back they have a SALT CAVE, MASSAGE ROOOM(CHAIRS) IN a SALT CAVE, and an INFRARED HEALING ROOM (with monthly subscription). An amazing place to get healed!! What a beautiful concept and gift to the community. We had been meaning to stop by for years, but it was our first time in, and since we are moving close by next month, it won't be our last!! Great place, we LOVE IT !!Vegetarian options: Too many to list, even vegan options!!Parking: Small parking lots, but easy access.

So the food is good especially for plant based meals and I want to encourage these places as there’s still so few. However the atmosphere needs a total overhaul. It’s dark, unappealing and cold. There are so many options for decorating with a jungle theme. Plants, green, light, just to start. Maybe a jungle mural or bright paintings. But instead it’s got all grey/brown with a horrible fake cave wall. I don’t understand it. It makes the place seem cramped and so dull. Please get a new decorator to help.

Great Great tasting healthy vegan and allergy conscious folks! Great service and everything was absolutely delicious!Dietary restrictions: Alpha Gal allergies so we have to be careful. Our server was extraordinary and explained how all was cooked, the ingredients and no cross contamination issues. We're going back again and again....
Last week, I went to this restaurant with my family who is from out of town and came back this week with additional family members to dine again. It was a completely different experience this week.The waitress nickel and dimed everything. Last week, we asked for a side of tomatoes and cheese weren’t charged extra. This week, we were charged $3 extra for each request and the waitress didn’t state anything about the upcharge. We ended up paying over $20 in unexpected upcharges. We also were provided two slices of tomatoes last time (without being charged) and this week it was tiny diced tomatoes… (charged $3 per addition)After we explained the inconsistency with prices and food with the waitress, their manager came over and had the audacity to say that people take advantage and that “we got lucky” last week for not being charged. She also said she wishes she saw our receipt from last week and we stated the receipt wouldn’t have had the additional charges… because we weren’t upcharged. The crazy part is LAST WEEK, the manager was the person we spoke with and handed us the tomatoes. How ridiculous. It felt like we were being blamed for other people taking advantage and they took it out on us.We have purchased several items from their store and had over 5 people dine at the restaurant each visit — we absolutely never complain and were baffled of the treatment and inconsistencies.We understand upcharges occur but it seems like they purposely hid the high upcharge fees which is very unprofessional and it seemed petty.The inconsistency is enough for us to never return. Good luck.

This is a health food store with a small cafe attached. My husband and I stopped in for lunch. First thing they will bring three small soup samplers to the table in an effort to sell you either a $6 cup of soup or an $11 bowl of soup.I ordered a flatbread that came topped with kale, spinach, onion, tomato, cheese and a slice of avocado. My husband ordered a black bean salad that came on a bed of iceberg lettuce. Only water to drink. With tip our lunch meal cost $53.That felt like an exorbitant price for the small amount of food we had. Just saying...you might want to go some place less costly for lunch.
