The floors are super slick. My cane went flying before I ever stepped in. Even with holding on tightly to someone I barely stayed on my feet. The floors were that slick. No mat at the door to help when it rains either.
Never got the cashier's name but he was amazingly nice and apologized for stuff I didn't think he needed to even apologize for, I was just doing food pick up for someone so as long as I was able to get the order I was fine. BK food is BK food anywhere lol but the service here is always on point and the interior is nice and clean. I used to work here like 20 years ago and the place was on the verge of closing but it's been standing the rest of time.

Waited 20 minutes at the drive through, an hour before closing and no one ever came. There were employees inside and they were avoiding to answer customers at the drive through on purpose and laughing, while talking about trying to get off work early.

I really don't like posting negative reviews about places, but I came here today because I was so excited to try the new Spider-Verse whopper, and when I waited at the counter, there was no one to be seen for the longest time, I almost thought the store was closed. Then, when the girl came up to the register and took my order, she seemed upset and walked away without giving my receipt that had my order number on it, so I had to reach over the counter to grab it. When I went back to the counter to ask for ranch, the employees had all disappeared again, and didnt notice me for a very long time, even though the drive thru and lobby were empty. I was very disappointed in the service at this location. While the whopper was pretty cold, I really enjoyed the fries, and the red bun on the whopper was still pretty cool! Again, I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this is not the first time this location has been this way, in my personal experience.

This place is a scam and a joke lol. I was up charged , yes up charged for asking for only ketchup …charged more for less. Then they have one girl running it alone who , get this ! Is white but sure loves appropriating black culture with aave. She double dipped the fried charging me .60 extra for less on a burger and fries so hard they’re chips.

Use to be a regular here until the redhead manager lady got a super nasty attitude with my mother. Something needs to be done about this location because it's just a total nightmare. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to another Burger King because the staff here is that bad. You've been warned.

My husband went to pick up some dinner. He ordered 2 Impossible Whopper meals. Unfortunately he forgot to check the bag before leaving the drive thru. When he got home, there was 2 fries and only 1 Whopper. We called the store and Brandon refused to believe us! Really??? Why would we lie about only 1 burger? My husband went went back to the store, although he did get our missing burger, the staff was unbelievably rude.
Worst BK on planet earth- I blame the franchise owner who must treat their employees like garbage. This Franchisee needs to lose their right to own this store as it is a prime location but nightmare to deal with. No locals eat here anymore it’s so bad.

This is not the workers fault, that they can't get people who are willing to work, the lines are always huge but what can you do, if they can't get any help from anyone, other than that the food is good. The workers that they do have a very nice and helpful, it's not their fault that nobody knows how to work anymore, so don't take it out on the ones that are willing to show up and actually work.

Actually a funny and not mad at all. Dude that took my order was super nice but seemed annoyed at his coworkers, not sure if he’s a manager, but ordered two chicken fries and got a chicken fry box w mozzarella sticks in them ???

Great fast friendly service! Under new management. The restaurant is clean and looks amazing with the Christmas decorations. The atmosphere is awesome here.
