The food here is top notch! Every meal is prepared fresh and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is charming and cozy with an attentive wait-staff. Bravo! I will be back to this hidden gem!

This little restaurant is inside the Green Turtle food market. It is a lunch only place closing early afternoon. Anything on the menu is good. The chef's specials are great. Nice portions and very good service!

We were visiting town and my friends rave about the food there. Lunch was a great idea, so we went. I cannot say it was a 5 star experience due to 3 reasons: service, food quality, and time management. Between the two families, we brought 3 children ages 4, 6, and 7. Only 2 other parties were present, so the kitchen were not overwhelmed with orders. 2 of the kids ordered exactly the same dish: pasta with meatballs. The adilts ordered the day's specials. We waited for 4 minutes, the kids started getting tired, we inquired about the status of our order. It was brought out 10 min later, except one: the little boy had no pasta for him! My daughter had the same dish, and hers was ready. It is still not clear yo me why the pasta was not cooked together and why the children did not have their food out first. I had the grouper blt, it was lacking flavors, even bacon did not make it anything special. The side of potatoes was ok, but the overall experience lacked.

On April 27, 2022 I read on Facebook that the Grapevine Cafe at The Green Turtle was hosting a Mother's Day brunch. Called the restaurant to confirm table availability. Then checked with my wife and daughter and her husband and made sure everyone was available. I printed out the menu and had them sign off. After getting agreement, I called the Cafe back that afternoon and reserved a table for four at 12:30 PM on May 8th, 2022. We arrived at 12:15 PM on Mother's Day and were informed by the female greeter that that they could not find our reservation. I showed her the three calls I made to her phone number on April 22, 2022. The female greeter said that she was responsible for managing them. She showed me the reservation book and it was obvious that she had made changes subsequent to bookings. My guess is that she bounced us off our reservation and gave it to a friend or a regular. We have also been regulars at the Grapevine and have attended their wine tastings with friends and family. The way she brushed us off was extremely unprofessional by saying she was sorry, didn't know what happened and didn't make the slightest effort to ameliorate our disappointment at her total incompetence or outright cover-up. You take the risk of having the Grapevine destroy your special occasion by reserving a table there.

I can't say enough about this restaurant. My husband and I came for lunch on a weekday. I had the Mahi special, served with a Thai spiced noodle and seaweed salad. A very creative dish. The Mahi was cooked perfectly and went well with the noodles and seaweed salad. My husband had a Poke Bowl which he loved. Both entrees were a generous portion for a lunchtime meal. I highly recommend this cafe. And I'm looking forward to coming back for dinner.

Good food. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We’ve been several times for breakfast and lunch, and have been generally happy with things. We had one brunch in which our poached eggs were very slightly overdone. It wasn’t enough of an issue for us to bring it to the restaurant’s attention, and we haven’t had that issue again. The menu is great. They have specialty items that change frequently (weekly?), and many items are unique to what you might get elsewhere. For example: cranberry wild rice rather than regular white or brown rice, or a dill shrimp roll (made in the style of a lobster roll, but will shrimp tossed in a light dill sauce). What makes this restaurant even better is that it is located inside a specialty foods shop. When you’ve finished your meal, you can browse the shop for treats to take home.

Love. Love. Love! The crab and dill shrimp salad was delicious I'm visiting from Colorado and I had forgotten what GOOD seafood taste like...tender and flavorful! Plus the staff were friendly and kind. 10/10.

So the first thing I noticed was the decor, it's very nice & open. It's not the biggest space but they did a really good job making it not feel cramped. The servers are all welcoming & speak as you come in. The soup was yummy, I enjoyed it. Shianne brought me a sample, I'm glad I tried it. The lettuce wraps were fresh & had a lot of flavor. You get plenty of shrimp. The potato salad was good but I'm going to try a different side next time. My food didn't take long & service was commendable. She made sure my water was always filled. I would definitely eat here again.
