Gotta say this morning I felt bad for the girl working the place alone, but I must say that she was still smiling through it so I give her props! My smoothie came out nice and flavorful and I didn't have to wait. Came faster than I had expected for only one person. Will be coming back!

2018: 5 stars! Usually quick service. Friendly staff. Love the avocoladas! Great wraps and flatbreads. Ordering via the app in advance works great!Update for 2024: The service from the staff has gone way down. They are mostly still friendly, but they constantly seem understaffed and they make a lot of mistakes. I have had to make multiple returns after products were wrong or of bad quality. In general, TSC products seem to have reduced in quality over the last three years. The Kale Slaw now has less apples and often the Kale is old or the sauce is missing. We used to be big fans, now we know not to order it anymore. Three of my last four bowl orders have not been in stock. I only found out when I came to pickup. Then I, unexpectedly, had to wait 10 minutes for them to prepare the replacement.

Edit: Spoke to the manager today (03/17/24) and they are honoring my order for today. Manager was beyond sweet. Thank you so much!I placed an online order and paid on March 10, 2024 to be picked up by 6:20. When I arrived the location was closed. The app says they did not close until 8. I however still was charged for food I did not receive and I used my birthday smoothie reward.I have already submitted a complaint and request for a refund. But have not had a reply on the matter.

Food is great, employees are a delight. However, the manager yells at his young employees very loudly that they are stupid. Once the youngest(16) was yelled at and ran to the bathroom to cry. She was so sweet too. Inappropriate and makes everyone uncomfortable every time. Now I just go to the other Trop.
This location couldn’t care less if your delivery driver is missing or has the wrong items. Find another smoothie restaurant and avoid this one.

The store was very clean. The staff working that day, Anna and Patty, are super friendly and professional. Anna made my Acai bowl and it was amazing. She also made me a delicious smoothie with a berry cute message on it. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend!!
