The Tampa Cuban was layered with fresh roast pork, ham, Genoa, Swiss and sauce, did I mention the bread??? The Fresh Roast Pork and the homemade sauce pressed to perfection! The Chicken Pesto was delicious, simple with bacon cheese and pesto!Two 6’ Cubans with 2free bags ofchips for just 20$! “This place has some of the most exotic icecream flavors I've seen before! I got the sprinkles and cream flavor and a second scoop with the orange coconut cake! I could BARELY make it to the second scoop because this is real icecream. Super thick, sweet and creamy. I also got a waffle cone with mine which had hints of cinnamon that was delicious. The service was a little slow, the workers there didn't help much or provide recommendations. They allowed samples but only 2. Since the flavors are so unique it would've been nice to try more but there's always next time. Overall, I'll definitely be back. There are cute lights and indoor and outdoor seating making this place the prettiest end to date night.“

“This is a second location in the area. This location is a bit smaller, but has all the goodies you'll need while on vacation. I only stopped by here once since we were staying nearer to the other location, but we liked the first one so much we had to check this one out as well. So come try this place out and if you like it be sure to check out the other location just north as well. Both will be a great experience. “We came here to grab some lunch and we were so happy with our decision. The location is just off the main road. It is outdoor seating only, with some pretty cool vibes because of the outdoor setup. The service was good, as the gentleman helping us told us it was only his second day, but he still did a great job helping us. We ordered the chicken tenders platter and the crabby pretzel. Both tasted great. I know it's hard to say chicken tenders are great, but I have had a lot of chicken tenders and these were some of the best. The cheese sauce that came with the pretzel really stood out and tasted great as well. We came during a bit of an off time but it definitely seems like it would be a really cool place to hangout during peak times.“

“I have been wanting to go to one of these places ever since my favorite bingsu place closed down in Tampa after Covid. It's really hard to find this type of shaved ice. The texture is just right. Soft, melts in your mouth. The flavor is subtle and not overly sweet and the toppings aren't overwhelming but compliment the shaved ice well. I got the halo-halo which is very reminiscent of the dessert and Mexican candy which was spicy, sour, and tangy. Both different flavor profiles, probably on the opposite spectrum, but both very delicious! I'm looking forward to the one opening close to Brandon in Bloomingdale really soon! I got the mixed fruit bowl with chamoy, watermelon, mango, cucumber and cantaloupe. Deliciously cold. Hit the spot. My other half got the strawberries and creme. No photo because he finished before I got a chance to get some photos. It had fresh plump sweet strawberries, sweet cream, topped with whipped cream.“

Parking is the side of the building and butts up against a neighborhood. There are two service windows. Seating outside with a decent amount of tables/chairs and benches. Menu wise there is a variety - all the ice cream fixings including a ton of different flavors. They also had Italian ice and some limited food options like hot dogs and nachos. Service was friendly and quick. Happy with our ice creams - I got a waffle cone with sprinkles and it hit the spot.“
“Came here for an affogato and was very satisfied ❤️. My friends and I ordered an affogato each, one with coconut, hazelnut, tiramisu, and Ferraro Rocher gelato. Of the four, my favorite was the coconut. There were small flakes of coconut that added to the flavor and just gave it that little bit of extra to set it apart from the others. Each of us enjoyed our orders so much that we came back two nights in a row!We sampled a few gelato flavors and as a stand alone I would have opted for the Nutty flavor which is much like Nutella.On our second visit I also ordered a Caesar salad, because why not?! It was freshly made with shaved Parmesan, but the dressing was just terrible. It was worse than store bought dressing. That was the furthest from a Caesar dressing flavor that I can think of. The dressing was extremely salty and just not a good Caesar flavor. I was disappointed because as good as everything else we tried was, I thought their dressing would have also been made in house and it was not. At the very least, they should rethink the brand of dressing they use because it is a big NO NEVER AGAIN for me.The truffles we ordered looked pretty, but they were super sweet, dare I say too sweet. Flavors would have been best if they cut back on the sweetness just a bit.Overall, I’d give this a 7/10. The gelato is great! Come for the gelato’s! Maybe pass on the truffles, or try one for yourself and see if it’s just too sweet to me. I’d love to hear another opinion on it. Stay away from the Caesar salad. “THE BEST PULLED PORK SANDWICH OF MY LIFE!! I would rate 7/5 stats if I could. Seriously go here and get the sandwiches because they are the best. I was on vacation with my friends and we stumbled across Bay 1 and it has forever changed my life. I have not had a better pulled pork sandwich, and i've searched for one that can compare, but no one can sadly. Every time I order a pulled pork sandwich, I am hoping to get that amount of delicious in my mouth as I do with Bay 1, however, I'm ultimately disappointed. My friends got some of the other sandwiches and they LOVED THEM! I stayed true to the pulled pork because I honestly don't think anything would compare but they loved their sandwich just as much. Since discovering Bay 1, for the rest of the trip, it was all we could think about. To this day I still think about it. I'm counting down the days til I can visit the area just so I can have this sandwich. We would go for days in a row and enjoy it every. single. time. I don't think the wait was too bad, but it doesn't matter cause you know you're getting the best sandwich in town. Seriously. I would rather eat a Bay 1 pulled pork sandwich before eating at a nice restaurant. I was never a pulled pork kind of girl, I would eat it but not want it a lot you know. Bay 1 converted me. I literally crave a pulled pork sandwich now like every week. TIP: If you are looking for a little extra sauce, go to the restaurant next door and ask for a little cup of bbq sauce.
