Place has changed names to El Rancho Restaurant. Food was greasy and cold. There were only two other tables they already had their food and it still took forever to get our food. Will never go back.

The food here is very tasty and well prepared with good portion sizes. While the building and decor has historically been run down, recent changes have begun to make this a true hidden gem. Either way, don't let the looks deceive you. The food is well worth it!

The brisket dinner was amazing. The waitress was very friendly. I loved the braised cabbage and baked beans. Generous portions. Loved this restaurant. I'll be back.

Best bbq and most definitely the best collard greens. We traveled from Palm City because the food was so delicious two years ago. I believe they just changed owners and aren’t Jr’s anymore. Still the same fabulous food. They also serve traditional Tex Mex due to the local migrant workers. Pulled pork dinner with 2 sides only 11.99. Very generous portions. We brought enough leftovers for another dinner. While dining, there were drills, saws, hammers. The ambience wasn’t excellent, as they were renovating the bathrooms (btw) beautiful. We went for the food and this place is renovating…although it doesn’t matter to us. I hope they keep their same bbq items and green with new ownership!

When crossing the state I always try to stop by for some bbq. The pulled pork and brisket are awesome, and the collards are great.

Front door knob is falling off. It’s not JR’s anymore. Ordered a draft beer. It was warm and flat. Returned it. Ordered another draft from a different group of taps. This one is cold and good. Only one restroom and it nothing short of disgusting. Ketchup bottle top has not been cleaned in who knows when. Ordered pulled pork BBQ. It was good but too much fat. This was a great place when we were here 3 years ago. We lived here for about 3 months. It was a regular stop. Not anymore.
