We made reservations and they gave you a 40 dollar fee if you didn't show up. I just don't see the point it's rude. We got there and were seated quickly, they took our drink order and took 10 minutes to get us our drinks like what. We then ordered appetizers that came out fairly fast and was really good. Then we ordered dinner, they didn't have a kids menus at all which I think is pathetic, I'm not gonna order my kid a 40 dolled meal that doesn't come with any type of side, you have to pay extra for it. After that it took about an hour maybe over an hour to get our food, why... The food was good I just don't see why it would take that long. Overall I would give a 2/5.

Food is spot on. Service, except for Chris C., is superb. Wife, aunt, and daughter went last month and he treated them poorly by speaking down to them and only recited the menu when asked questions about a dish. If you are paying around $100 per person, you should at least get some respect. Make chauvinism is not warranted in a high price restaurant that serves top end dishes.

We drove 2 hours to celebrate my birthday! We eat out four or five days a week at the best restaurant's in the panhandle of Florida also Nola's best seafood and we were very excited about trying Cuvee30A! Our waiter informed us that no mater what we ordered it would be the best food we have had in five years! Wow we were excited for our evening! I had the famous pecan crusted grouper and my wife had the duck. This was the absolute worst fish I've ever had it was rubbery and definitely not grouper! Actually swai or tilapia would have been an upgrade! The Duck was way over cooked, this is definitely a tourist trap and at $500 for four people, stay away this place is a joke! If you want a nice seafood place drive to Pensacola beach to the Grand Marlin it's always spot on and super fresh!

Third time was not the charm here. The food was delicious. However, we basically had dinner in two stages due to a steak (That was $70) cooking error. While the waiter was eager to resolve, the new steak took forever - like it was two dinners: We were given a new side to go with the the steak ($1 worth of spinach) but otherwise, no offer of a free desert or any other compensation for the disruption jn a $350 experience. The restrooms are also super minimalistic- like what you'd expect at an airport - thin sensor operated paper towels and cold water only sensor activated faucets. A restaurant of this caliber should have better amentitites in the ladies restrooms at least - leave the truck stop vibe for the dudes.

I took my husband here tonight for his birthday. If I could leave zero stars I would the service was good but the food was horrible. My husbands grouper was like rubber so he replaced with scallops the scallops were undercooked and slimy. I would rather eat at McDonald's on a bad day rather than ever eating here again. I ordered half duck it was overcooked and had zero flavor besides the sickening sweet sauce that they drowned the plate with. We drove 2 hours from home just to eat here what a waste of time.

Called to cancel a reservation bc some in our party were sick, they charged me $40/person. They said they wouldn’t charge IF they could reschedule us but wanted me to pick a time and day ON THR SPOT. Excuse me ? We are local moms with young children It took us MONTHS to sort out this date, now I have to pick an arbitrary date and then complete a homework assignment to sort out a new date and time or have this looming charge over my head? Insanity! I told them to charge me and see you never !!!!!

Service was amazing! Our server kept checking on us and answering any questions we had she also gave us great ideas about drinks. The only thing that my spouse was disappointed was the Pecan Crusted Grouper it had good flavor but the crust was soggy and the fish was a little mushy. My halibut was amazing. Key lime pie was delicious.
