Cupcakes looked great and was so excited to get them when we walked in yet staff was so unfriendly we ended up leaving. We stood in line for about 10 minutes waiting, which wasn’t the shops control. While waiting we tried to stop the doorbell from continuously ringing while the door wasn’t event moving. We were quite literally yelled at for doing so by one of the two staff members and when trying to apologize for unknowingly doing something wrong we were continued to be belittled and yelled at. Wish the service was better enough to stay and get the cupcakes we really wanted…

Delicious cupcakes. Not sure why the rating is so low but I was walking by and just popped in to look and decided I definitely needed to stop back by later on. It was super yummy. Was not busy since it was 3.30. Would definitely return.

Place is great! We stopped in for ice cream and it was delicious! Cupcakes looked amazing as well. The employee was very inviting and accommodating when my wife couldn't decide what flavor she wanted- she let us sample all three! We definitely will be back

We went for cupcakes but the giant chocolate chip cookie covered in icing and M&Ms ended up catching our eye. It was awesome!

Upon entering store, attendant didn't welcome us and I want to say she was serious (almost annoyed) not sure if she was having a rough night or what. It was 5 of us so as we ordered she warmed up. Needless to say we didn't go back. There's another ice cream next door to them, and that's where we ended up the night after

I'll never come to this chain or this town again. They are so unwelcoming to tourists! To think you're a customer and cannot get access to a restroom is unfathomable! Bad judgement and bad attitude, in a town that exists because of tourism. Every business in Rosemary Beach has a sign "no public restroom", but they are Not letting customers use restrooms and there are NO public restrooms anywhere.

This places ice cream was the best ever! The people were friendly and all the ice cream was made for scratch. Only thing was it was a little pricy but definitely worth it! Would recommend!

We enjoyed going to Smallcakes for our nightly family ice cream cones! The variety is great as some of us had cupcakes and others had ice cream! There is plenty of room to sit inside as a large family! The cupcakes were fresh and good. Service was always friendly and fast.

Pretty good stuff--had ice cream here a couple of nights, and every flavor was spot on. The cookie sandwich was amazing, too. Ironically, the only thing that wasn't super was the cupcakes which really probably are from a boxed mix. They look nice though. The ice cream was amazing--highly recommended.

I am only giving this place a 5 Star because of the customer service. Kiki was 100% worth the silly high price of ice cream. She was warm, inviting & accommodating. She was the reason my group kept coming back! Give her a raise! Or better yet, let her run the whole company! We back smallcakes because we back Kiki
